I eat one time a day and its normally dinner, breakfast is typically a bottle of water 💀

So everybody is going to quit eating small meals several times a day. Then in two years you'll come back and tell us that it's better to eat small meals throughout the day than two or three big meals, haha! The theories change and the reason behind them change constantly, can't keep up with it
