@@EelcoKruidenier you can make these with simple hand tools too. I run a small lure business and having fancy tools that speeds up the process just makes things easier.
Ok why do you make them so big and out of wood if a fish does go after it once it finds out it's fake then they don't hit again they come out amazing those I don't get why you make them so big

I have done some research on true coat epoxy and l have learned it's a bit expansive. I'm not adult yet and my mother won't accept buy 40 € of resin. In your opinion, what can I buy cheaper for lure coating ? English is not my native language and l hope I'm understandable.
Wouldn’t the foil pattern be smoothed out some when putting it on the bait. I mean when you are pushing it down to make sure it has good contact with the adhesive. I put the foil on the bait then roll it with a pattern works good ,but then my baits aren’t up to the standard of your baits.
More crafting tips, stack the clay higher than the Legos. then make a cutter with a hacksaw. Get an electric guitar string like the B string, second from the bottom. Use the guitar string in place of the blade and cut excess clay off. Keep up the good work.
