I talk about Anime, Video Games, Manga, and whatever else I like, and just generally explain why I enjoy them, and why they mean what they do to me. I also like video essays, so they're pretty much all in that format.
I think another thing that sometimes gets left on the table, especially for smaller conventions, is programming content. Even some of the larger conventions I have gone to feel like the panels and events are completely lacking, and for attendees of various ages and interests, it makes that aging out problem more pronounced. I for example have almost no interest in attending an adults-only lounge, but if you had people from universities or industry putting on actually interesting panels about various topics, I would be far more inclined to attend them. Nothing hurts more than seeing an upcoming con's schedule and seeing that there is almost nothing of actual interest on the event schedule; it's basically a confirmation that I'm going to go and wander around the halls looking for something to do for 2 1/2 days.
Everyone just forgets that why light was killed (first mistake which causes him to lose) , he was killed because of the first time he tried to kill an innocent person which is L in second episode, which comes out to be L lind tailor , so if he stick to his plan of justice and kill only criminals he was never going to lose , when he slipped slightly from his plan he loses the purpose from that point and starting losing, also there is a quote "If you tell a lie once, you have to tell a hundred lies to save that lie" so if he didn't will to kill an innocent person he wasn't going to lose , because of one kill he ended up killing many innocents that's what made hik the true monster
Kobeni is a female Denji, who didn't get a superpowered demon. to elaborate further: the whole theme of the chsm is about sacrificing the subdued young in order to fuel the workings of the society. in this regard both Denji and Kobeni are the two "mainest" characters. but only one has a narrative focus.
There isn't much point, God is punishing Satan for betraying/rebelling against him and choosing the side of the Demon race. He allows everything to happen and when Satan finally feels love in his heart about losing Akira, god resets the world and starts the punishment all over again. Maybe someday after millions and millions of resets Satan will learn to love before the world is destroyed and reset but then again maybe not.
Boo. Do not praise this trash. Anime live action will never really work. The whole point of this is to try to get your money. This video is proof that it worked.
Don't really agree here at least with Misa being a luck component that was exploited, it was actually pretty clear that It made things harder for Light because she was so impulsive, it's silly that Light was so confident on his plan and didn't come more prepared to the showdown, even when had the names of all his team and the girl on the other team, also to reveal that he won like that, at least he could have waited for people to start acting weird, if Mello actually tried to trick Light into saying he had won by consuming a drug so they appeared to start dying it would made more sense, the series failed to give a big amount of people reasons to feel the ending was correct, either by seeing how the world Light was creating was actually trash, or he personally messed up in a logical way.
The old adage "Be careful battling monsters, lest you become one" I've always thought was a little misguided. The easiest way to battle a monster is to be one, and the best way to become a monster is to surround yourself with them. Just always strive to be a better monster than the one across from you.
My issue years later that I wish people would have admitted the parts that sucked about this season. Because all those parts that sucked, all these characters that became so unlikable and kind of terrible as people were part of the reason that season 4 was so god-awful. Everyone just ignored all the cons of season 3, and then was shocked when season 4 sucked.
I love blame so so much. its my all time favorite manga, It’s one of the biggest inspirations why i keep being an artist knowing and keeping me going even when i hate my own work, knowing that all of this was created by one man is so memorizing and always reminding me of why I love art
5:34 wrong opinnion detected, read the chapter 43. (although the sexual way that she has been shown is happening inside of Denji's mind, this does not change the fact that there has been times that Kobeni was sexualised for fanservice)
yeah the press thing is a problem with every con. Anime cons and fan cons and comic cons have less worry about trolls and smears then a furry con but every con is the same with how they want to be "Viewed" if your not telling the story they want, they don't want you telling that story. It's flawed and hurts the con more then helps it. Granted, when a con is huge and successful they can write any check they want and cash it how they want cause press no press doesn't matter. Another thing I think would help cons and it goes a looooong way but I believe it can only really be done in places that have a food truck culture, but FOOD TRUCKS!!!! here in LA lotta cons have the usual, over priced food inside, or you can go to a restaurant within your budget (because of the density and variety) but if you don't got bank for food or ubers the food trucks lined up outside, are life savers. But many other states and cities, no truck in sight and your pressed to find a place and are most likely going to have leave the venue 2-3 times to get grub. But if Food trucks were willing to drive a few cities over or plan ahead of time to prepare for a con, work out a deal with the hotel/center and con I think this would go miles for the con and the food truck.
Maturing is realizing this anime is spot on when it comes to human behaviour. Akiras exist, but they are 1 in a million. Most people are pathetic and will sell their own mother for praise or money.
I believe that Light Didn't let out on Misa because he thought he had to kill Sayu, but because he knew he can't kill her else it'll put him under suspicion as only him and selective people knew of Sayu's kidnapping Light at this time had no remorse for killing his own family.
