I hate "waste of time" more than anything else, so this is a channel where I scientifically explain training methods that do not waste time.
I am a sports trainer who usually instructs many people individually, from national level athletes to people who are not good at exercise, small children to the elderly.
I see athletes in various sports such as baseball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, golf, skiing, etc., but in any sport the meaning of ``moving one's body efficiently'' is the same. We are teaching such a fundamental ′′ how to use the body efficiently ′′ according to individual skeleton. I would like to make use of my experience and knowledge of watching a wide variety of athletes and disseminate useful information. Thank you!
I still haven't been able to add subtitles to many past videos. I'll let you know in the post when I add subtitles to the video. *If there is a language you would like subtitles added to, please leave a comment. Try to get it in as quickly as possible.
Hello there! Congratulations on your 100,000 subscribers! Your videos have improved my attack technique, and I'd like to see a video about the block from you.
@@hoshitore Oh really. Thank you for coming, thank you for the videos and I have another question, in volleyball when you get a ball back(recive), when exactly should I raise my hands and knees up or just place them? to pass the ball to the setter?
you well taught me the first step, my PM teacher just told me to move your left feet forward if the balls goes to the left and so do right too, but he never mention that is for the split step, now that im understand it, let see my performance after i watch this video, please like for me to come back later and report the result
Thank you for your comment. Please also watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V7DOBVKytRM.html Many people find that being conscious of their movements makes them faster, so please give it a try. However, it will take at least a few weeks to a few months of practice to be able to react unconsciously in a match or other event. If you feel even the slightest bit of effect, I hope you will continue to practice patiently.
The right frequency will vary from person to person, so please refer to this video to adjust it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6PcOS-m2iEI.html
