春を感じるパンを妄想してたら、とっても簡単な成形で可愛さMAXのパンが出来上がりました^-^💕
イメージは女子高生が食べていて絵になる感じ!
見た目の可愛さに加えて フィリングの練乳イチゴが美味しすぎて 幸せ感をアップさせてくれました!まるで女子高生になった気分でした~^0^ ←(言い過ぎ (^^; )
When I was deluding myself about bread that feels like spring, I made cute MAX bread with a very easy shapding. ^ - ^ 💕
The image is like a picture of a high school girl eating it!
In addition to the cuteness of the appearance, the condensed milk strawberry filling was so delicious that it made me feel happier! I felt like I became a high school girl ~ ^ 0 ^ ← (excessively (^ ^; )

★Milky Strawberry bread★
練乳いちごブレッド
※レシピの商用利用・無断転載はご遠慮ください。
【湯種】
米粉 50g
熱湯 100ml
※使用している米粉はスーパーでも購入出来るグルテンフリーの米粉です。
※湯種は冷めたらすぐに使って大丈夫です!
【本捏ね】
強力粉(春よ恋) 270g
砂糖 20g
練乳 20g
塩(ゲランドの塩 ) 4g
※普通の塩で代用可能です。
インスタントドライイースト 5g
無塩バター 25g
水  110ml
いちこパウダー🍓(DAISO)15g
(追加)富澤商店購入のいちごパウダー小さじ1/2
捏ね終わりの生地 200gにいちごパウダー15g(小さじ1と1/2の水で溶かしておく)を混ぜ込む
※ピンク色はお好きな濃さに調整して下さいね😁
私はもう少しいちご色を出したかったのでDAISOのいちごパウダーを混ぜ込んだ後に富澤商店購入のいちごパウダーを小さじ1を色付けに足しました。
【フィリング】
1️⃣練乳いちご
練乳  30g
いちごパウダー(DAISO) 5g
2️⃣粒ジャムいちご🍓 30g
【発酵】
一次発酵 40℃ 35分程度で生地が2倍ぐらいになるまで発酵させる。
二次発酵 40℃ 25分
【成形】
15分間のベンチタイム後、
白生地を30cm× 18cmに伸ばし、いちご生地もほぼ同じ大きさまで伸ばし重ねる。1️⃣の練乳いちごを全体に塗り、2️⃣の粒ジャムをのせて巻く。
成形は動画をじっくりご覧になって下さいね!
【焼成】
予熱200℃
190℃ 28分
【食パン型】
一斤型 18.5×9.5×h9am

↑↑★Strawberry ring bread with cream made with plenty of fresh strawberries.
★Milky Strawberry bread★
[Yudane]
Rice flour 50 g
Boiling water 100 ml
*The rice flour used is gluten-free rice flour that can be purchased at supermarkets.
*You can use the Yudane as soon as it cools!
[Kneading]
270 g strong flour (Haruyokoi)
20 g sugar
Condensed milk 20 g
Salt (Geland salt) 4g
*You can use regular salt instead.
Instant dry yeast 5g
Unsalted butter 25 g
Water 110 ml
Strawberry powder (DAISO) 15g
(Additional) 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry powder purchased from Tomizawa Shoten
Mix 15 g of strawberry powder (dissolve it with 1 teaspoon and 1/2 of water) into 200 g of kneaded dough.
*Adjust the pink color to your preferred thickness 😁
I wanted to add a little more strawberry color, so after mixing in DAISO strawberry powder, I added a teaspoon of strawberry powder purchased by Tomizawa Shoten to add color.
[Filling]
1️⃣ Condensed milk strawberries
Condensed milk 30 g
Strawberry powder (DAISO) 5g
2️⃣ Strawberry jam 🍓 30 g
[Fermentation]
Let it rise for 35 minutes at 40 °C until the dough doubles in size.
Secondary fermentation for 25 minutes at 40 °C.
[Molding]
After 15 minutes of bench time,
Roll out the white dough to 30 cm x 18 cm, and roll out the strawberry dough to about the same size. Spread the condensed milk strawberries from 1️⃣ all over, place the jam from 2️⃣ on top and roll up.

[Baking]
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
190 °C for 28 min

こんばんは✨お久しぶりです😊 今 イギリス食パンを明日の朝食用に焼いてるとこでした。 息子夫婦がお泊まりにくるので 今日の🍞とっても可愛いくて 見た目も ラブリー❤️❤️な感じで バレンタイン用にチョコもいいけど こんな素敵な🍞もいいなぁって 🍓のあまぁ~い香りがこちらまで香ってきそうです。 毎回ですが 自分の作りたい🍞を実現できる美凛さん 脱帽です🤪 材料もすぐ手にはいりそうなので 明日にでも お嫁さんと作ってみようと思います😆

Sorry for the late reply. Do you possibly use rice flour to make bread? If that's the case, I'm using rice flour for normal cooking in the video, so the amount of water added may change a lot. The only way to deal with it now is to increase the amount of rice flour until it becomes similar.

Yudane bread is characterized by its chunky texture, unique umami taste, slow aging, and long-lasting deliciousness. The sponge dough method is a two-step process of kneading the dough. The remaining ingredients are added to this sponge dough and kneaded, followed by further fermentation and baking. Compared to the straight method, this method is characterized by its greater volume and softness, and it is said that most commercial breads in Japan are made using the sponge dough method.

Thank you for your wonderful comment 😄. I am very happy 🥰🥰. I will answer your question. The strawberry jelly powder I can get in Japan is one that coagulates when it contains water. If it is the same kind of jelly powder you are thinking of, it is not suitable for baking. If you have a confectionery ingredient store or DAISO store in your neighborhood, you may be able to find strawberry powder or blueberry powder there. I am very sorry that this is not a proper answer.

This bread looks so cute, tasty and not that hard to make!🍓🍞 I wish I could make it but I don't think I can find either strawberyy powder or grainy strawberry jam in my city, is there a way to replace those ingredients without modifying the recipe too much?

Thank you for your comment. ♡ You can use finely chopped dried strawberries instead of granular jam. You can use raspberry or cranberry powder instead of strawberry powder, but if you don't have any, why don't you use jam to reduce the amount of water in the dough a little?

Thank you for your question. It cannot be used as liquid. I noticed recently that the stickiness of rice flour when water is added differs depending on the manufacturer and variety. Add hot water little by little to your rice flour and adjust it so that the rice flour becomes moderately sticky.

★Pão de morango com leite★ [YUDANE] (espessante tipo gel) Farinha de arroz* 50g Água fervente 100ml *A farinha de arroz utilizada é farinha de arroz sem glúten que pode ser adquirida em supermercados. [SOVAR] 270 g de farinha forte (Haruyokoi) 20g de açúcar Leite condensado 20g Sal (Geland* sal) 4g *Você pode usar sal comum em vez disso. Fermento seco instantâneo 5g Manteiga sem sal 25g Água 110ml Morango em pó (DAISO) 15g (Adicional) 1/2 colher de chá de pó de morango comprado na Tomizawa Shoten Misture 15 g de pó de morango (dissolva-o com 1 colher de chá e 1/2 de água) em 200 g de massa amassada. *Ajuste a cor rosa à sua espessura preferida 😁 Eu queria adicionar um pouco mais de cor de morango, então depois de misturar o pó de morango DAISO, adicionei uma colher de chá de pó de morango comprado por Tomizawa Shoten para adicionar cor. [RECHEIO] 1⃣ Morangos com leite condensado Leite condensado 30g Morango em pó (DAISO) 5g 2⃣ Geleia de morango 🍓 30g [FERMENTAÇÃO] Deixe crescer por 35 minutos a 40°C até que a massa dobre de tamanho. Fermentação secundária por 25 minutos a 40 °C. [MODELAGEM] Após 15 minutos na bancada, Estenda a massa branca para 30 cm x 18 cm e abra a massa de morango aproximadamente do mesmo tamanho. Espalhe os morangos de leite condensado de 1⃣ por cima, coloque a geleia de 2⃣ por cima e enrole. Por favor, assista o vídeo com atenção para ver a modelagem!
