⭕️#Intervertebral discs are very important in determining low back pain, they receive daily stresses which cause a slight reduction in their thickness.

Usually night rest is sufficient to allow the discs to rehydrate and regain their original thickness.
However, in work and sports, postures or movements often occur, which subject the intervertebral discs to high pressure, which in the long run become a possible cause of #hernia.
✅ In this case, it becomes important to perform the exercises that decompress the discs.

➡️If you feel that with the exercises the pain increases SUSPEND IMMEDIATELY.
➡️A useful support to use, especially when you are in pain and going to work, is a containing LUMBAR CORSET. The effect is to feel more protected and sustained where there is too much pain.
IMPORTANT: the corset should not be used for too long, but only in phases of severe pain or when working with forced movements. It is therefore good NOT to get your body used to using this type of brace too often.
