Day 1: paused 3 times DAY 20: doing every day and seriously slimming down. Dont ever need to pause Just do it! Adds up at the end of the year

@Spencer HI! I never weigh myself, but I'll try the best I can to explain:) Basically day one i was constantly pausing, and specifically my lower stomach was bigger, same with thighs, and arms. By day 20 my lower stomach basically blended in with the rest of my stomach, so it's much more defined and does not stick out as much. My thighs look smaller, and I can actually feel the muscle. It's crazy. I also want to mention that I pair my workouts with a healthy diet (myfitnesspal is an amazing way to make sure you're in a deficit.) That's all it comes down to really, a deficit., this workout has helped me to burn much more calories (as HIIT does, leading me to lose weight). In terms of mental health, I look in the mirror and almost am comfortable with what I see which is a huge step for me, especially in terms of self esteem. Anyways, I hope this helped. For anyone reading this and doing this workout for weight loss/muscle definition: remember your goals, eat in a deficit, and make sure your macro's are properly balanced (proteins, carbs, fat). have a great day:)

I have a collection of the ones I use on this account in a playlist.. pretty sure it is public. I have brought it down from basically everyday, to 3 days a week, since I am mostly toning now.

Oh my goodness. I lost my breath terribly quick and I was so so done just 5 minutes in. And I am 17 gosh darn it. 17 years old. And I'm so physically unfit that a 10 minutes exercise made me lunge trying to catch my breath. Im going to keep trying however. I need to lose around 15kg to reach the normal BMI. I am really trying to get my life back together and step into adulthood as a person who is comfortable with themselves, if not mentally, at least physically. Wish me luck guys. And best of luck to anyone who is trying their best. Don't lose hope and don't lose motivation buddy you can do this! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi, don’t be so hard on yourself. Feel free to pause the video, catch your breath and keep going. You’ll still reap the benefits. A lot of people say they are out of breath even if they are in shape. Try some of our beginner workouts that have intro movements and longer pauses. Set a long term goal (like 1 year) and stick to your workouts (get a calendar and mark off your progress) and with time you will see changes. We’re looking forward to hearing about you reaching your goals.

I was stuck for a month abroad due to covid, so the only 'workouts' I got were walking, and I gained a little bit of weight (not really overweight but I could be more healthy), did this and goddamn I was gasping for air, I managed to finish it though and it was fun! I love how simple the exercises are, and that the vid is silent so I can play my own music but also hear the beeps. Thanks for this! I'll definitely keep doing it along with some other workout vids :)

I'm not a 20 days challenge. I'm 60 kgs. I'm diagnosed with anemia and doctor has suggested me to work out and follow a healthy diet. I'm not taking any additional artificial protein, although I think it's important but I'm broke since I'm still not independent. Anyway! I take everything else. Like dal, milk, eggs, fruits. Also, I'm trying to lose weight. My goal is 55 kgs. I'll only do it for 20 days, because after that I'll switch to some free online workout program. I'm doing it for 20 days because I'm kind of starting working out after a long time and I want to build my stamina before I get into the whole program thing. Day 1: done. Had to pause it multiple times.

I do this with my PT. But since I'm a newbie, I use a platform for the burpee, mountain climber until I am fit enough for it. It makes the whole exercise possible. If you don't sweat with the platform, then do it on the floor.
