Sore wrists in downward dog? Or looking to strengthen your wrists for climbing or body weight training? Then this ones for you!
This 10 minute practice is made up of short, simple exercises to strengthen and mobilise your wrists. Ideal to use as a warm up to your yoga classes or other activities.
These exercises will help the most if you practice them little and often - so come back to this practice once or twice a week or try doing one or two of these exercises each day.
IMPORTANT: Remember that the wrists can be a delicate area that tire easily so be mindful of any aches or pains.
Listen to your body and back off/take a break when you need to!
