I have been doing this particular one 5 mornings a week. At 67 years, it is so fun and I love to dance at it feeling myself getting stronger and better able to chase around my 2 year old granddaughter 5 days a week. I'd love it if you had several more 10 min ones like this one. I couple it with about 10 minutes of Pilates.
These shorter workouts fit in good for me. I can do them on my breaks (social distancing/working from home) at home. It also energizes me and I go back to work feeling good.
I know it's been 3 years since you posted this video, but just wanted to say a huge thank you for this. Short format, low impact, and something where I'm more focused specifically on movement more than correct form....this is exactly what I need right now. If you made another short format video, I would use it regularly!
I really didn’t want to exercise today but seeing as this was only 10 mins I’m going to get it done, I know I’ll feel better for it. Thank you for another great video as usual, you make it so easy for beginners like me 😊
Started out a few days a week. Now for over a month and half I'm up to 5 days a week an hour or more a day! Not bad for a 58 year old woman! Loving the workouts,sweating and having fun at the same time!
Same here! Couldn't make it through the beginner Real Start Plus cardio a couple of months ago, now I'm at 90 to 110 minutes a day, 6 days a week. This little gem I do on Sundays since I can't seem to stay away even on my rest day. It's not easy getting back into fitness at our age, yet here we are! I think we deserve a 🏅 😂
I accidentally came across your videos on RU-vid and I've been using them for about a month now. Working out has always been difficult for me due to my disability which causes poor balance. Since using these videos, I've improved my balance and range of motion and I've lost weight as well. Thank you Alex and Daniel for putting these up on RU-vid. I'm so glad I came across them. It has improved my life. Looking forward to improving more.

Out of all the brilliant workouts you have given us, I think this one has been my personal game-changer. Not having the time or the energy to work out are two excuses that no longer work after finding this video: This one is always doable, and in being so, has allowed me to keep up the habit of exercising every day. I started watching your videos 6 days out of the week, for almost 3 weeks now. I’ve already lost 5 pounds from this alone. Thank you for creating these videos that encourages us to continue fighting and making it through each video at our own pace. I’m asthmatic with PCOS and it’s SO HARD to exercise and attempt to lose weight. I’ve just found the best coaches out there. Thank you for all that you both do! This is my first attempt at using RU-vid videos for workouts. I chose this channel because it offered a variety of difficulty levels and time durations, and was actually timed TO the music (so many workout videos aren’t, and I just can’t!). Loved it. Thanks!

It's amazing what can be accomplished in 10 minutes! Totally do-able, totally rigorous, esp. at the end. The time flies and I always feel so much better afterward. Whenever I feel like NOT working out, I think of this video and think, "Yeah. I'm gonna do it!" Thanks so much.

Years ago I overdid it with working out too much I hurt my knees but with my knees sometimes I can't do certain workout positions I started your videos a few weeks ago and I love them so much because they don't bother my knees and we're not doing all this crazy up-and-down jumping unnecessary stuff thank you guys so much for your amazing workouts I love them!!!!!
More like this, please! It's 7/6 and I've done this one 3 times already. It is just the right length to add onto other things. I would LOVE to see more dance-y, casual workouts like this, 10-15 or 20 minutes long.

I hardly exercised at all the last twenty years but have led a fairly active lifestyle. I started doing this ten min. exercise video 4 or 5 times a week now and it suits me perfectly for now. Just wanted to say a heartfelt thankyou for putting the video out there.
Have a busy morning and didnt have much time, but wanted to release endorphins. This was perfect! Love Daniel’s child like joy. It makes me happy 😊 also, im only 32, but have so many injuries. Love that I FINALLY found low impact high Intensity work outs 💘

My favorite "rest day"/Sunday workout. It's not tiring or taxing, and after 6 days of strength training, cardio and HIIT I need a day of doing little since I can't seem to do nothing. Just gets the blood flowing, along with a few endorphins. Perfect!
Daniel is humorous ,flambuoyant,,i liked her ,his moves makes me motivated and lively ,energetic most of all,,there're no dull moments in every workout .
I love these workouts just getting back into exercising also my local gym has reopened but don’t feel like going yet so I found this channel and was doing 30 minute workouts but now I’ve come down with sinus for the past days haven’t done any exercising but surely gonna back back into it when I’m better 😊
