Happy New Year!! Join me in Croatia this week for a calming and grounding 20 minute yoga flow for balance.
This yoga for beginners class starts with a grounding pranayama (breathing) practice to settle and focus the mind and shift the nervous system into a more relaxed state.
We'll then bring in some gentle movement to warm up the body before coming to our feet for some standing balancing postures to develop core strength and improve your stability and focus.
