I will be dead honest with you... I thought this would be total BS... but it actually works! This is... really really weird. The burning sensation I had in my stomach was gone when I completed this whole thing. I feel... weird... in a good way. This was my first time ever trying this. Much love.

I love that quote. “See what wants to be seen. Listen to what wants to be listened to. To do this pause in the gap between thoughts”. That quote should be on a tshirt, poster, or billboard.

I’ve used this meditation many times and have found it really helps me relax. The voiceover is just right (I’ve found voices on other videos to be distracting) and the background music/tones are good too.

Very peaceful and relaxing just what I needed for calming my racing negative thoughts. I always get them in the morning. I find meditations and positive affirmations so helpful.

To be able to just be ...sometimes I feel like I hurt so much I cant breathe...my anxiety holds me in some kind of make_shift vice.. twisting and turning my stomach and mind into knots. It's almost unbearable. So to be able to find some clarity some stillness. To be able to just breathe...slowly....to pause that dread feeling into a sence of calm is really amazing 😊🌸🌸🌸thankyou ..it makes a difference....Michelle..x

I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out meditation dvd relaxation try Skyarza Meditation Success Star (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my partner got excellent results with it.

I just could not get it I could not get the space between the breaths without holding my breath or the space between the thoughts and as the meditation goes on and you bring awareness of the connection between tension in the body and anxiety, it just seems like the more that I pay attention to the sensations in the body and more antsy I got in my body.... I'm thinking that this is meditation training that needs to be practiced more, so I will try again, thank you! :) for now, back to Yoga Nidra! ;)

have been in full anxiety attack for 12 hrs due to nightmare bad dream first time trying this and feel . a bit more relaxed still have anxiety and fear but do feel a difference so going to do continue and practice daily.

Karla Dawn: stress is a symptom of a life without God. Take it from me, I too suffered too. Mindfulness and eastern meditation are ways to try to treat that condition temperoraly but the easiest way to cure it is reconnect to God.

I did this meditation for about 17 minutes and got interrupted do I start all over again because now I'm very anxious please help with any suggestions will help please I have very very bad anxiety and panic attacks and when I stoppedthe meditation I felt like anxiety was automatically what I felt is there anything that I need to do or can do that can help me to get back in that state of feeling like I can breathe and I'm okay!!??

I am Currently new to recovery, but I am using the Claire Weeks method which involves Acceptance ~ I Also follow all Lawrence Gregory Videos, and he is my personal coach. He is a former anxiety sufferer who does not just manage anxiety, but is cured from his anxiety disorder. Hi I'm so glad I found your channel, but Im wondering if you are able to influence your advertisements at all or if they are predetermined? I'm concerned because recently they've been politically directed, and have been a source of tension when I'm turning to your videas to find release from tension, and anxiety, and more recently depression. "To let of go of tension and tightness" - that would be wonderful, but... I suffer from Fibromyalgia. My muscles are tight and painful all day long. It's exhausting me so much, It drains all my energy. Ahhh!

Marie Moon I think you so much. I'm suffering so much with many illnesses that I'm contemplating suicide. Nobody should live like this. Physical, mentally and spiritually being tormented. I don't even sleep. I have an unknown illnesses where I can't breath through my nose. My ears are like I'm under water. I have massive headaches. My breathing problems cause my heat to pound and race. I have blood circulation problems. Just a few months ago I suffered 3rd degree burns. Oh I haven't gotten to the bad part yet.

david thomas Hi David 👋 I know from experience that it is truly hard to stay focused when your in constant pain it sounds like your having a hard time I'm sorry about that Before I say anything else Suicide is definitely not the answer Actually your on the right path by using the Mindful Meditation I've found myself meditating at least three sometimes four times a day I struggle on a daily basis with PSEUDO TUMOR CEREBRI Each and everyday I struggle with migraines because of this I have had to have emergency surgery on my eyes to release fluid from my optic nerves without this operation I would've went blind because of this the key to my health is staying the course and never give up you are on the right path that's why your meditating I'm praying that you will stick with it I know that it has helped me with anxiety and stress My hope for you is that you will stay MOTIVATED AND POSITIVE AND DILIGENT IN YOUR EFFORTS TO GET THE RIGHT DR'S FOR YOU IN PLACE MAKE YOURSELF FIRST EVEN IF THAT SOUNDS A TAD SELFISH RIGHT NOW IT'S NOT YOUR VERY IMPORTANT TO THIS WORLD YOU HAVE PURPOSE AND MEANING AND MY GOODNESS YOU HAVE HELPED ME TODAY AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT Make sure to make each and everyone of your Dr appointments if you have a primary care physician let your Dr know that you need a referral for therapy let your Dr know that your having a hard time with coping with being sick PLEASE!! stick with the meditation I know being in pain it doesn't allow us to stay focused while doing it but trust me it is beneficial for your health and happiness You will forever be in my prayers💋 🇱 💙 🇻 🇪 🇦🇳🇩 🇱 🇮 🇬 🇭 🇹
