In this 25 Min Superset DUMBBELL + BODYWEIGHT HIIT Workout | No Repeat | Advanced HIIT , We will have 14 supersets in total. Performing each first exercise of a superset for 40 seconds and each bodyweight exercise for 30 seconds with only 5 seconds switching time in between. After each superset there will be a 30 seconds rest.
The weights you choose for each movement will significantly impact the intensity of the workout. Therefore, challenge yourself by selecting weights that are appropriate for each exercise.
