FULL BODY YOGA TONING 🔥
Whether you are looking to tone the body, burn fat and reduce the appearance of cellulite in the body with this 30 min flow. It brings a real approach to this full-body workout providing instruction and alignment for all levels!

U can go for it.. Even exercising in periods is quite helpful. It will reduce cramps also.. Ur uterus is gonna feel relaxed.

Hey just did this today! Since I was not in my mood of usual cardio. But can you tell if this burns any calories ? Since i did not felt any burn, i am worried. I am on deficit so this calories kinda matters to me

Any workout will burn calorie. Any movement in your body will burn calories. Do not look for numbers, it gets stressful, do what makes you feel good and choose what makes you get a fit body. This is yoga toning, obviously it burns and gives you results 👍🏻

Hi Akshaya, can you please tell us how to choose the right workout mat. My hands slip off my mat while doing planks, this disrupts my posture. Help!

You can use a towel or a yoga towel ( as i have used in the video ) right on top of the mat. It is really helpful❤️👍🏻

Happens because you are building on your strength and flexibility. When you workout regularly and practice everyday, you get stronger and you would ace any flow through. So it comes with practice :) Keep going without giving up:)
