Day 1 is finally here! Get ready to IGNITE your metabolism over the next two weeks.
Today's workout is focusing on the upper body with an arm finisher to really burn things up. To level up we are going for that moderate to heavy weight and only doing 12-15 repetitions. This is going to feel like a superset workout with back to back exercises. Equipment is a variety of dumbbells, Swiss ball (stability ball), tubing, and mat. Enough talk, let's start this journey! 🔥

Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

Did this today. And wow. Now noodle arms tomorrow will go lower body. Been using your workouts for about 6 months. Love the mix. your professionalism and knowledge. Instruction is great and like how you give us options, with encouragement to push ourselves. Have a knee replacement of 2 yrs and still find low impact useful but strength building so important. So why tomorrow will be lower body. Thank you Michelle I finally subscribed!

Omg I did one of the upper body in this series’s! I didn’t know it was a series I just picked it to try. I then asked in comments on one that was legs like this type of format! And here is see it is 2 weeks? I am gonna try this! I hate feel like I get bored fast with rotations but this doesn’t seem boring at all and I can add in my treadmill light jogs 3 or 4 times a week with it. I don’t run far or fast but I just feel great to do light jogs. Thank you!
