Roll out your mat and relax. This Full Body Stretch is great for when you feel tight, stiff or generally after any tough workout when you want a deeper stretch! Make this routine personal to you... hold certain stretches for longer if you wish. Each stretch is for approximately 45 seconds but transition simply when you are ready. Take a deep breath and let's unwind.

I decided to do a stretching workout this evening because during the workout i was doing on my lunch break my hips and thighs were really hurting. This is exactly what i needed to end my day! Thank you❤❤❤!!!!!
