Fairly new to TRX and really liking it. Especially the balance and strength moves. Can see where this will help with cycling and mountain biking on days I cannot ride. Thanks !

enjoyed this very much! Slightly different from the other trx videos. after training all week with the april challenge, the abdominal muscles are quite tired now. Is a few hours since training now, but is quite sore😅
