One thing that stands out foremost to me about your videos is your voice. It's so beautiful and soothing and I think it gives your videos something that I haven't found with other yoga guides. Maybe it's an ASMR factor that really helps me relax a lot more. Thank you for continuing to provide me and others with relief.

due to my chronic pain, i've been avoiding stretches that target the lower back (unless they come from my PT 😂) so i went into this one with a lot of caution. but damn, was it NICE. no pain, just relief. your voice is sooo relaxing and the instructions are very clear. thank you for this. i'm definitely coming back to this session and to your channel ♥
