1) Almonds give you powerful mono and polyunsaturated fats, including LINOLEIC ACID and ALPHA-LINOLENIC ACID. Linoleic acid, especially when used in replacement of saturated fats, can improve insulin sensitivity and blood pressure.
2) Brazil nuts are nutrient-dense, and they are one of the best sources of SELENIUM, a trace mineral plays a critical role for your metabolism and thyroid function. Studies show that selenium can work to reduce oxidative stress linked to neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s disease, as well as heart disease.
3) Cashews are a good source of MAGNESIUM, which helps to improve blood flow, thereby reducing the risk of hypertension and arterial plaque accumulation. Cashew nuts and peanuts have many negative issues. (Although they have some good too.) Not considered as good nuts. Definitely not to be consumed in large amounts. Google about the harmful effects of cashew nut and peanut please.
