They are the epitome of O/Acc. The rival gang, Team Magma, is the opposite, as they believe in L(and)/Acc for the advancement humans. To do this, they need a Pokémon that can do it in a short enough time span, the embodiments of land and sea, Groudon and Kyogre for the latter and former. Take global warming - Team Aqua is like, "well the oceans are rising (and it's your fault) so let's just remake Noah's arc and everything will be fine" where Team Magma's like "IT'S NOT FAST ENOUGH TO EVAPORATE THE SEA!" The ending of the game is essentially one Team (or both, if you're playing Emerald) realizes that playing God is a bad idea, no matter how many good intentions you have. (Sidenote, one of the Aqua Grunts in AS is like, "How are we gonna do this? Get a waterhose and fill it?")
Kyogre is like a rain god in Pokemon, and Team Aqua's ultimate goal in Pokemon Sapphire was to awaken that rain god. They would then gather all 300-some-odd pokemon onto a giant boat, thus making them the only pokemon masters in the world because everyone else would be dead. This stands in contrast to Team Magma, who wants to awaken the lava god Groudon just because they think volcanoes are cool.

I highly recommend Gregory Guevara if you want your windows cleaned properly. I have him around every couple months or so to give them a nice clean (living near the train tracks means a lot of dust flies up into the air- and onto my windows!) and theyre crystal clear once he's done with them. Hello Greg, its John here. Many thanks for getting back to us so quickly. My wife has found these bottles of organic window cleaner in the shed, I have attached pictures below. Most of them are half full and the white one is almost completely full. Do you know if these are suitable for cleaning windows over a garden bed? Because Acceleration does not simply mean trying to increase something, although normgroids on twitter use it as such, but refers to specific dynamics of feedback from developments which can then either push towards dynamic conservation of the states that caused those developments or radical departure from them.
there's an extension called Enhancer for RU-vid that lets you do that in the browser though if you want it for firefox you have to get it from the wayback machine for some reason

A former friend of mine was spouting his dog shit ideology about how everything was shit, and we needed to accelerate the fall of society so we can rebuild again all the time to me. the dude was deeply troubled, an alcoholic, and also manically depressive due to his father passing early on in his life. While i don't wish him anything bad and hope he eventually recovers his ideas about making society collapse (while not even partaking in it) so we can rebuild it again or do whatever the fuck was coming after the collapse pissed me the fuck off.

I think it's important to note that acceleration in physics refers to both positive and negative changes in velocity so you could be an accelerationist in the way that makes you want a particular process to slow down
We use Jerk in game development. Basically, if you accelerate something at a constant velocity, but say you add a sinusoidal motion to the "jerk", you get, as you might expect, a "jerky motion". I personally only used it for particle systems (I got a kind of shimmering motion effect that way), but I've seen games use it for enemies and targets to make it more exciting. I think, no I believe physicists use it too. But ~"Snap"?~ "Crackle"?? """Pop"""??? I've literally no idea what's that useful for lmao EDIT: Snap is used in CNC machine programming

The "don't say anything offensive" part, like you said, is not important. @facepalmer1580 maybe colloquially, but the mathematical term makes sense. Chaos refers to anything that is so input-sensitive that the output eventually has enormous uncertainty margin regardless of how precise the input was. Systems can absolutely have this property, and the systems can be controlled and predicted - just requiring constant measurement of the actually value rather than relying on the predicted values.
If I buy a bunch of oil and just burn it in my backyard I definitely did something. I reduced the total level of oil in the world and the oil provided no work or value. Thus I "accelerated" the reduction of workable energy humans have, vs me not spending my money on that.
You forgot jreg/acc. The goal is to accelerate jregs psychosocial and sociopolitical profile evolution to the point of total representation, that being every possible stance, perspective or personality trait will be represented through a constant process known as complete jregification. The benefit here would be that all of humanity has a jreg to identify with, therefore finally finding a common ground for everyone thus creating the jregtopia in which every human aligns more and more with their jreg until we reach a jreg-factor of 1.
