Get ready for 10 minutes of arm toning exercises to work up a sweat! All you need is a set of light dumbbells, and you're all set! If you don't have dumbbells, you can also use soup cans, or water bottles filled with water.

Diez minutos , pero bien aprovechados , cambio de pesas para ciertos ejercicios.. estoy usando de con para algunos y diez para otro..? Y para otros que hago hasta de doce libras! De pende como me sienta para cada ejercicio! Pero fue fenomenal me gusta mucho!❤🎉🎉🎉
