quick tip. The stash boxes aren't deleting scrap/stash. The stash boxes are glitched to where anyone can access your box and it stays behind after you leave the server. Hence players are stealing the scrap. I had a stranger walk up to me and demonstrate how he could take all my stuff as if the box was his. Thankfully he was an honest heart who put it back, but just saying. The stash boxes aren't consuming the contents, they are being stolen.

How to make a scam update worse: 1: Charge money for stuff people been asking for day one after saying it'll only be cosmetic purchases. 2. Make it not even work. 3. Make it punish the people who bought it.
I mean have you ever opened a chest in qaSmoke? Depending on the system it could take a while. Chest and inventory are probably pre-load the objects, so having potentially hundreds if not thousands of items in players inventory or chests probably does affect the server stability. Bethesda definitely knew that only a small amount of players would buy this pass so the server stability wouldn’t take too much of a hit. A wild guess but I bet they could solve this issue if they didn’t render weapons and tools when they where in the player’s inventory.

The dark side of the Media is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... unethical. It became so powerful… the only thing it was afraid of was losing money, which eventually, of course, it did. Unfortunately, it told its fans all its lying tactics, then the fans killed it in the forums. Ironic. It could save others (Obsidian) money, but not itself.

good games? they had passable games that were made great by their modding community, their past games were enjoyable enough on their own but they were never good, they've always been broken and in need of serious fixes. this is coming from a fan who has logged thousands of hours into each of their games.

'Private Server' Does Bethesda know what the word 'private' actually means? When i lease a car, i don't expect some random stranger to come drive it to the fucking store and leave their Starbucks cups in there while im not using it.
You guys are spot on about the "private servers", which are nothing more than a regular instance of the game where you're by yourself and can invite friends. That's obviously not a private server and definitely not what people wanted.
