I started yoga a few month ago, I'm 65 years old, and I love how it is helping me in so many ways. I watch and then save every one of your videos because you have amazing teaching technique, thank you (I save your videos and review them of course!)

Lovely teaching, Esther! Handstand is still a challenge for me as I have painful wrist-thumb joints; I know to put a rolled blanket or towel under my hands at the wrists to reduce the angle but the weight on them still feels unwelcome. Pincha Mayurasana is definitely better (& Headstand is brilliant as the wrists are hardly involved...)

I loved this video. Your videos gave me so many pointers on inversions that I started practicing almost daily and I love them. I do this video and the poses you show building up to the inversions. :)

If you have a bed then get the mattress and drag it to a nearby wall, then try to do this exercise or activity or whatever you call it. It helped me alot hopes it helps you too! Oh and I subscribed to you.
