burned 111 active calories during only 6 mins of this workout! I was so surprised because every time I do around 5 mins of workout, I can only seem to burn around 20! I’m gonna do the rest of the workout and update my amount of calories after🫶 Update: 203 calories burned!

Completed it imperfectly because i haven't worked out in so long due to my sickness but i felt the burn! I'm sweating and i feel better. I'll try to do it everyday and hopefully i'll be able to finish it perfectly one day

i did this and burned 79 calories. i’m a 14 year old female, my height is about 170cm and i weigh about 50kg (110 pounds i think). for a 10 minute workout i think that was pretty good overall for my body but this is a pretty good example that even if a workout says you will burn a certain amount of calories your body will most likely burn a different amount based on your age, gender, height and weight.

Love this workout. Simple, easy, and effective. No doubt, adding this to my routine. For better results, combine this with a caloric deficit of 300. Great workout❤.

Going to keep a 1300-1500 calorie deficit while doing this workout 3-5 times a week. I’m 5’7 and I weigh 154.324lbs Day 1: kind of a bit hard since I haven’t worked out in a while but happy to start and it seems easy and doable!

Hello, this can be extremely damaging to your health. Although I am oblivious to any drastic measures required to be taken, generally this could compromise the wellbeing of your metabolism, blood sugar and other factors. I am no health expert but my mothers a specialised nurse. I recommend cutting 500 a day if you would like to lose weight, especially if you are working out at the same time.

@@livsrenewal3350 thank you. My maintenance rn is about 1800 cutting that out works I guess. I haven’t been able to keep up unfortunately as I started having back pains maybe because I carry a heavy bag. Just don’t want to remain sedentary on the deficit since I’m not going to the gym anytime soon

You should get in a calorie deficit it's the best way to lose fat I'm on one myself you have to find a online maintenance calculator and fill up the necessary information about ur weight, hight ...ur maintenance calories are what u burn without doing anything so if ur maintaince is 1600calories then u should eat 200-400 calories less then u r in a deficit and u start loosing fat. You won't burn leg fat by doing leg exercises ur body decides where to burn fat it's all genetics. I burn leg fat and face fat first. My body starts burning in other places, too, after a while. Exercising will just help u lose fat faster. If you wanna get toned, I recommend going to the gym. It is so much more fun to work out with the machines, but if u r anxious, just find a yt workout to build muscle or a cardio one. Hope this helps if u didn't know already 😅😄

150 5’2 burned 88 calories, but let me tell you, this was intense and I did this before my actual weight lifting workout. My Apple Watch is still showing I’m burning as I stand and write this lol. 🥵😍

@@valentina-ie7vt sometimes I focus on soley cardio, however on the days I weight lift, I like to do a small warm up workout to get my blood going and heart rate a little up. I do recommend. Pretty fun and nice rhythm as you go.

Update: skipped some workouts, burned around 80-85 this time which is proof that it’s not the workout it’s the amount of effort for me at least cause today I was pretty tired and didn’t do it wholeheartedly.

Good, light, 10-minute workout. Definitely not 200 calories. I burned 75 according to my Apple Watch. If you are looking for calorie burn, don't be fooled by this workout because you won't get it. If you're looking for a quick, full body workout to get you energized for the day and feeling good, then this is a good workout for that.

did the watch measure burnt cal right after u finished? im not an expert but if im not wrong at hiit workouts u continue to burn cal even after the workout, so maybe the sum of all burnt cal throughout the day is 200cal, not right after it's completed.

Starting this workout with 15 min intense, at least 4 days/week. Right now(1st Jan, 2023) at 66.20 kg. L H = 12 inch, R H = 11.8 inch Tummy = 40 inch L L T = 22 inch, L L C = 15.5 inch R L T = 23.5 inch, R L C = 15.4 inch 1st Jan - 5th Jan - 🚫

Is a super good girl, I´m training cardio and weight for 40 minutes and my watch say I´m burning 110-125 soo is not too bad. Keep it doing.

Forget the calories. You can look upto this if you want to lose calories cuz our body burns cals differently (age, height and mass differs) I was trembling by the end of this workout and it is GREAT. Stick to it daily!
