This is my first workout in five weeks as sadly my Dad passed away . We had his funeral on Friday so I knew today being the start of a new month it was time for me to get going again. Thank you PJ for inspiring me xx

Another great workout, and I did it! I did it all at 10-14 reps without losing form! Hmm… 🤔 Maybe it has to do with the fact that I’ve been with PJ for almost three years, and a Patreon member for almost one? Yeah. I’d bet money on that one. Thanks, PJ!❤

Day 21 done! Thanks for a fun and fast cardio workout! EMOMs always fly by :) Two things I noticed today were that my push-ups were stronger than ever and took much less effort and my squats were deeper and easier than ever. This is why I love your challenges PJ_ I AWAYS see improvements in my fitness!

DAY 21 COMPLETE 💯✅ and omg was this needed after the last two days holy moly 😅 I woke up stuff as an ox 😅 but once I got moving.....checked the workout calendar got the notification off PATREON 😉 and seen to my delight EMOMMMMMM YES lol😅 Cheers legend as always sweat on heart rate up breathing......all over the place 😅😅😅😅😅😅 See you tomorrow P.S. When in bird dog try focussing on strong stable core and slower controlled movement - see if that helps makes it 'harder' 😃

Way to sneak in a lot of push-ups. Thats something I wouldnt have done on my own or even in sequence, but at the end I realized Id done a bunch and done them well! It would be nice to pepper in some cardio once people finish at least on the first set. After that, the game becomes just to lap you : )
