Greetings from snowbird in Arizona (February). In my late 70’s, enjoy your 10 minute videos, it is helping me to “move up”. Hope someday to join daily your workout. The variation in steps works out my brain too!

Honestly these workouts have been the best, I had an emergency c section. Very traumatic and it made me realise I should take better care of myself and gain confidence because of the lack of confidence in myself is the cause of my emergency c section (I was told to give up by someone who I called a friend, and deeply regret listening to because i knew I could of done it I needed to believe in myself). I’m 3months PP feeling good and since the 5th of December 18lbs down! Went way past my prepregnancy weight! I did it in steps with diet then slowly did work outs ( I still eat what I want just in moderation, breastfeed makes you crave a lot lol) Not everyone can lose weight so quickly so don’t beat yourself up if u are struggling. Have fun with workouts don’t make it feel like a chore, have fun and don’t concentrate on ur weight be happy and confident no matter what happens! Life’s too short to beat yourself up I spend 4 weeks beating myself up about my traumatic birth and horrible recovery but here I am 3 months PP making changes to my mindset and feeling so much better and confident❤️💗🫶🏼

This is a very good POST COVID WORKOUT. If like me you are suffering from debilitating fatigue. This is a good start to getting back into fitness. Even if you are in your 70s. JUST DO IT AND FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.
