My Dad does it all the time. He's 57 years old and he has never once so much as made an attempt but every time someone does something he doesn't like it's "I'm suicidal!" "I'm thinking of ending it!" I've been that person. I've been suicidal and I never told one single solitary person because I didn't want them to try and stop me. If you're truly suicidal you don't go around advertising it on the internet because you don't want someone to throw a wrench in your plans by getting you 51/50ed. (Ps I am doing much better mentally. I moved out of my father's house when I was 19. Got myself into therapy and my mental health has improved significantly so don't worry about me. I'm doing really good now)

I always bury the animals heart after lifting it up in prayer. I also recognize that the loss of any life should never be taken lightly. I express total gratitude to the deers life cycle and the nourishment that it will provide to myself and my family. This gratitude keeps me connected to the reality of the life and death cycle. I agree. I hate that Channon doesn’t realize that accusing someone of being a child predator has immense life-alternating repercussions. My biggest fear is that it would impact your career, livelihood, and most importantly - how it could impact your wife and children. A predator is the lowest of the low. Individuals who sexually abuse, violate, molest, rape, sexually assault anyone - especially children, should be charged with attempted murder, in my opinion. Because that’s exactly what happens. After you are sexually violated, in any form or fashion, a piece of your spirit dies. It’s shattered. You’re never the same. You now have to grieve the person you could have been. You feel dirty, unlovable, and broken. You feel like you’re damaged goods. You feel like a piece of your soul is permanently stained and tainted. And for people who experience it more than once, by different people, you almost begin to feel like you’re a magnet for pedophiles and predators. You almost feel like there’s something about you, specifically, that’s causing individuals to single you out for horrific abuse. Your soul feels anchored in shame, guilt, humiliation, disgust, and depression. It changes your entire perspective on relationships, sex, intimacy, and love. It will be extremely hard to trust people, because you become paranoid that someone you love will betray you, deceive you, or violate you - both in a literal sense or a figurative sense. There’s just... absolutely no words in the English language... to adequately describe how sexual abuse - no matter what age it occurred - impacts you for the rest of your life. It happens more often than people realize, to both boys and girls. It’s heartbreaking.
