It's easy if you already have the grill taken apart, how do I take the grill apart?

I have a Char Broil Classic, model #463462114. The ignition module is buried behind the control panel with all kinds of stuff behind it making it impossible to remove without taking the whole thing apart. I wish it was a simple as this one.

Mine is a 4 burner performance model pre built by Lowes. It was the same for me, but after detaching both the wires, I was able to manipulate it to get it it out of that space and then remove the old, dead one from the housing, replace it with the new one and then manipulate again to get it back in and then reattach the wires. It works! What a flipping pain though!

@@j81562 Mine turned out to be easier than I'd thought it was going to be. I just needed to loosen the screws holding that rod in place and then it was easy to replace that ignition module.

@@garylewis327 I am trying to do the same thing. My ignition module is busted. Can you please advise what screws you removed to move the rods below, out of place.
