We have a whole giant bushel of lemongrass growing in the yard. We use it alot for fish and tea. You used it perfectly with this chicken.. Cheers!

Lemongrass is such a unique flavor. I just think it gives a dish something so special. I love that they make it in a tube. So much more convenient. Loved that you used boneless chicken thighs. Coconut cream is so much richer than the milk. Sauvignon Blanc was the perfect wine choice. I often hear SB has notes of lemongrass in it. I’m definitely trying this!

Oh this lemongrass chicken looks wonderful and I cannot wait to try. Our choi's are ready in the garden so this looks to be a perfect dish in which to utilize some. I never thought of using brown sugar in Asian food for balance but will give it a try. YUM.

You are my go-to person for wine, chilis, and mushrooms, haha Thanks for telling us to mash the lemongrass to bring out the inner essence. Thanks for reminding us not to add salt since the soy sauce and fish sauce add enough. I am sure the garlic and ginger really added a lot of flavor. I will have to remember: coconut cream, not coconut milk. I think that laying in the bok choy was a great way to cook it without using another pot. Thanks for another recipe!

Bok Choy is literally one of my favorite vegetables I discovered when we lived in China. The flavor always reminds me of Brussel Sprouts. Garlic ginger lemon grass cream yes:) This is one of the BEST base sauces I've seen. You never fail Jeff. Best wishes, James

We don't really cook any Thai recipes in our home but I do enjoy Thai food. I think this is a food item I'd love to add to our home cooked meals! But I don’t normally slice the lemon grass though, must b better I guess if I do. I didn’t know there’s this coconut cream hahahah! Alright. But with the chicken recipe like this, I would normally put chili young leaves than bokchoy. Have u ever tried it Jeff?
