Living in east central Mississippi, hunting deer and making venison sausage is a southern tradition. The art of making sausage is quite simple if one has the correct tools, ingredients and a taste for good sausage!!
Two of my brothers and myself spent 6 hours making sausage, you'll see what we did and the end result in 15 minutes!!
In today's video, I'm going to show you how to make two kinds of sausage, Cajun & Green Onion Deer sausage!!
