I JUST made Korean food last night for dinner. One dish was Korean short ribs. This is NOT what mine looked like. The ribs aren't even marinating. Marinate means to cover on all sides and soak. I like to mash some of the pear aand let it actually soak into the ribs. And TWO TABLESPOONS of sugar is plenty. Oh man. With all the money she os pulling in you would think she would take some cooking classes. My girls are 23 and 20. They actually ATE my food, and do every night.

It’s always so sad to watch her just wasting so much food as I think of the millions of starving children out there who live in poor areas and hardly get anything to eat and the little food that they do get they are so grateful and savor it until it is all gone. These people could absolutely care less how much food they waste and are not grateful for anything they receive even the gifts that they get from other people.

I'm not Korean but I often make Korean short ribs because my husband loves them. First of all, those ribs are not the suitable kind of beef ribs for Korean style, which means she must have never had Korean ribs in her life, and I don't even know why she keeps bothering to cook something that she never even had nor know what it looks and tastes like. That liquid marinade was way too little for that amount of meat. They wouldn't get marinated; they only got a little bit of dip. It's so weird Alicia always cooks too much of everything but then when it comes to something out of a written recipe, she doesn't even do the simple math to figure out how much the ingredients are needed to adjust for the amount she makes. But then, she dumps a crazy amount of brown sugar directly on the ribs that I don't even know what for. And those damn pears....they have to be graded and mix in the liquid, not to be chopped up and lay on the meat. Seriously, why does she keep doing this? She spends so much time on the social media everyday but she couldn't bother to watch a how-to make korean style ribs video on RU-vid? The adderall ran out of her system that day? She is getting weirder and weirder.
