Jerome thank you for sharing your experience. 72 hours into my second 90 hour fast and the scale hasn’t moved but I grabbed an old pair of pants and they fit trust the process people
Jerome after finding your channel and watching your videos I am down 12lbs in 10 days! Not stopping until I hit my goal weight but just wanted to share that if you put your mind to it you CAN DO IT.
🌟✨I fasted all of May. Not as extended as I had hoped, but I still fasted every single day of May so far! Some 60 hour fasts, some 48 hour fasts, some 36 hours, 24 hour fasts, and even some 16 hours. Whatever my body felt like doing, I did it. I had set-out to do steady rolling 69 hour fasts, with 3 hour re-feed window, but I've learned in the past that forcing my body to do extended rolling fasts when it's not truly ready is the quickest way for me to burn out, and stop fasting for months at a time. This way, I was able to continue fasting the entire month. Now I'm ready for longer rolling fasts. I'm doing 72 hr rolling fasts for June, with one whole day of eating in between, because I can't eat much after an extended fast. When I do one meal to break my fast, I normally don't eat more than 800 or 900 calories, and my body gives out after the third or fourth fast, so I'm positive giving myself a longer eating window to take in a bit more calories in between the fasts will help with my sustainability for the month of June. I started the rolling 72's early because my body was ready. I'm 43 hours in to my first rolling 72 for the month of June, and I'm feeling strong and good! Determined! 🩵✨🌟
I ate 3 days in a row on memorial day weekend. That wasn't the plan, but now I'm back at it and 24+ hours fasted. I won't break until my company gets here on Friday. Thanks for the inspiring videos!
I'm learning to ride the wave of hunger thanks to your channel. I'm using the zero fasting app which is a nice visual tool for me. I'm not doing 65 hr fasts but trying to do 2MAD or OMAD. I've maintained my weight (down then up again) but I realize that I feel better when I dont overeat and also I'm learning to savor and enjoy my food.
Just found your channel and I appreciate your honesty with struggles you've encountered. I too am 5'3" and about 155 so I have about 15 pounds of extra weight. Looking forward to following your journey ro what June has in store for us.
J Man! These are my 2 latest updates: May 25th - 240.1 lbs with a loss of 2.4lbs. After refeed I gained 2.4lbs which put me back at 242.5lbs. I had net loss of 0lbs. Was a little bummed but I am trusting the process. May 29th - 240.4lbs with a loss of 2.1lbs. After refeed I gained 1.1lbs. Overall I lost 1lbs putting me at 241.5lbs. MUCH BETTER🙏🏽
I'm 28 hrs into a 46 hr fast. Reaching maintenance has been quite the journey but I know better now what amount of fasting hrs will net me the results I want to see. I see you Jerome, givin us all free tickets to the gun show. ❤🎉😂 Don't think I don't see you foldin your arms to show all that definition sir. 🤣🤣 🎉🎉
For May, I’ve been working on improving my fasting muscle. My goal for June is to focus on consistent exercise. In the past, I’d try to incorporate everything at once: exercise, healthy food, diet, sleep. Of course I’d become overwhelmed and give up, so my plan now is to focus on a new lever each month. I’ve been consistently fasting since 4 May for 60 or more hours each time. Thank you for inspiring us, Jerome.
I'm on day 1 of waterfast and non fat adapted and had a binge on sugar yesterday, i'm expecting some of the worst days of my life in the next 5 days but i know i'm done choosing lies to negotiate with myself and to quit on every plan i go for. this time i'm doing this for me first and then i'll reap the benefits in 30 days. you're a big inspiration !!
Thank you for introducing me to imperfect consistency. The imperfect consistency mindset helps me to dust myself off, try again and continue with my ADF journey. Thank you so much for all your encouragement 💕
I’ve learned to not weigh myself after a carb heavy re-feed there will be water weight gain to negate that and/or seeing that only weigh yourself right before you break your fast on a empty stomach after using the bathroom or go keto/low carb you’ll see you still lost weight during a refeed if you were in a deficit and ate keto
Absolutely I fast for a full 5 days and have more than enough energy to train, infact I have more energy in general when fasted than I do when I'm eating as I feel sluggish.
I like to get all my work done first before breaking a fast - but also, if I break earlier in the day it almost always means I'm going to eat later in the day too. That's just how it works for me. I eat later so I don't get tempted to keep my eating window open for too long
I don't think I can do 75 to 90 hour fast but I do think that I can do one meal a day and just by looking at your videos I am motivated to try so I thank you for that. I'm already doing 30 minutes of cardio and some weight training I just need to get control of my calories and intake ❤
@@SuryodiattaMiklos When you fast just drink water at first. then you can try different teas without sugar and extra stuff. Then when you eat you can take your other supplements. You will be fine taking your supplements once or twice a week with your meals and it doesn't matter what size you are. Your body doesn't absorb a lot of supplement anyway and you will be saving money.
