My first time today to practice these shoulder exercises and they were miraculous for me! When I started my right shoulder was in a lot of pain. As I finished practicing with you while watching the video, all the pain was gone! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Thank you Alex for posting this video, I got injured my shoulders from yoga exercises. Now I try to practice Qigong is more suitable for me. Your teaching is very clearly and easily to follow. 👍
I am using a xing yi neigong. 3rd movement for shoulders from the 16 movements. I will try to add this simple q igong 3 movements to my shoulder routine as my shoulders are very stiff I currently do 12 movements with the 3rd exercise of xing yi neigong . Thank you for this video as the q igong exercise will help I am sure.

These immediately relieved pain and increased range of motion for my rotator cuff which has been in pain for about 1 year. Do you think these might rehab the injury over time? Or might the results be more temporary?
I have the pain in shoulder for the last 4years. I have been doing Acupuncture yoga and meditation but I still have the pain and not the full range of movement. What would you suggest ?
Is it okay to do these exercises when the shoulder pain has been caused by a past operation? I had a cancer operation in the neck (rhs) 15 years ago which negatively affected my right shoulder movement . Recently the pain has partly returned.
My shoulder clicks when i do the rotations. Not sure if i should do them. It’s not painful. Was diagnosed with impingement syndrome and arthritis in that shoulder. In pain most days just from everyday movement.
