We’re doing a classic Italian dish that you know and already love…Chicken Parmigiana! Did you know that this famous fried chicken cutlet is from the region of PARMA in Italy? This region is known to have a sharp, aged Italian cheese called…you guessed it….PARMIGIANO! I personally prefer Grana Padano, and that’s the cheese we’ll be using in my recipe here.

Lol everyone gets so upset about whether the dish is Italian, and which EXACT ingredients are Italian. Honestly, WHO CARES! Life is far too short to even get the slightest bit upset about which piece of mud something was cooked on. This guy is a great chef and is sharing some amazing recipes with great ingredients. Listen to him, he's Italian, and says "In America we like to..." so he adapts the dish. Chill everyone. I made this and it was amazing.

Precision is a good thing. Otherwise we have sloppy fact free thinking, and we now know where that gets us. So yes, people ought to get upset about incorrectly categorizing.

When I first began watching Fabio I was attracted by the simplicity. From Gordon Ramsay to Fabio, well huge difference. Right? Loved this guys laid back way of cooking. Until next now. It seems every video gets more complicated. Fabio s more alluring and addicting when simple and humble. Hugs Fabio still love you my Italian brother❤️

I am not a professional paid cook and I do my pasta that way every time its easy as toddler can do this. To help keep the chicken crispy out cheese on and bake no sauce on it

Where can I get the specific details such as, how long and at what temperature did you baked the chicken to finish it off, the seasoning for the breaded chicken, was their any? Season the chicken? The flour? The egg wash? Egg wash proportion egg and water?

Oh I like the cheese from Parma... I love it. Eat it in everything now, and it's your fault! My husband eats those parmesan eggs of yours every. single. day. Thanks alot since I'm the one who has to get up in the morning and cook them at 5 am :)

what happened to your old way. parmigiano right on the chicken then the marina. the parmigiano kept the chicken dry. but still this looks great gonna have to try this way. I think you should do your potato donuts again!!!!!!!!!

People don't understand that "Italian-American cuisine", IS NOT "Italian cuisine". Once and for all: chicken parmigiana is NOT an Italian traditional recipe!!!!! IT DON'T EXIST IN ITALY!!! NO ONE EAT IT!! NO ONE PREPARE IT FOR SATURDAY LUNCH!! Please, stop defile our gastronomic heritage! In some regions we do eat meat with melted cheese on top of it and sometimes we use cream in pasta sauces as well. The problems of that awful chicken parmesan pasta are the combinations pasta-chicken and parmesan-chicken. The first is blasphemy,the other is even worse. Parmesan isn't the cheese you want on your meat! actually don't exist in Italy. Eggplant Parmesan - Italian Style - Melanzane!! YES-YES- NOT Chicken Parmesan????

And here I am, thinking about those Italians-defending-their-food-memes was exaggerating. It's ok though, Chicken Satay in Indonesia don't use peanut butter in the recipe but I see them in many western-style satay because they don't have to grind fried peanut
