Full Workout:
Heavy Bag Circuit
- Combo 1|1|2 x30sec
- Combo 1|1|2|3 x 30sec
- Burnouts x30sec
- Repeat 2x no break
1 Minute Break (between heavy bag and kettle bell)
Kettle Bell Circuit
- Goblet Squat x30sec
- Bicep Curl x30sec
- Front Row x30sec
- Repeat 2x no break
