I was looking for a short more athletic yoga routine exactly like this. There are very few on YT. This one is marvelous!! You are beautiful to watch with a great spirit too... Thank you so much!!!!

This was really intense for a 13 minute workout! Awsome! I need a 44 minute to an hour of this! Other HIIIT Yogas here on RU-vid aren't that good.

I didn't expect this to be such a hard workout! It was great! I just have a question, do you recommend to do just this one as a HIT session or to do the 3 videos as one session? Thank you for the awesome workout Koya & Alo Yoga

Nice routine...but plz avoid teaching malasana to jump squats..jump squats are good in general but damage the knees when done from malasana

This was great but My stomach was too full. The ending back sequence had me about visiting my food again! Bahaha I’ll do this again on a empty stomach.
