I am 73 years old, and previously quite bent. Now I have been doing these exercises for two weeks, and everyone I meet tells me how straight and great I look. And the bonus: my back ache is gone. Well done Yuuka.
Honestly, this workout doesn’t even hurt me, it makes me feel so good and it’s not tiring at all, it’s just relaxing. And I just hope that I’ll lose a little bit of fats by doing this
@@rilanaweber5435 It did, I lost 2lbs but gained it back after a few days coz I’ve been eating so much and I also stopped working out because of school. But I’m trying to lose weight again, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I lost 4.5lbs so far, I did do some of her workouts not just this :)) I plan to lose around 12lbs
@@sanahussain3491 i did it 2x a day. When I wake up and 30mins after lunch. I also do different workouts from Yuuka Sagawa, April Han, and Emi Wong. I lost 12lbs. I don’t do it anymore cos i got lazy haha
Thank you so much for this video. I don't know which language is it and who you are in personally. I am an Indian, a malayali. I just watched this video and started to do. I don't even think it works. Only done for a few days around 7 days I think. It really works. My family members are wondering after seeing the miracle. Once again thank you. @@noe2075 En lo personal, a mi se me vieron los resultados super rapido, yo hago los ejercicios de lunes a viernes (sábado y domingo descanso) los hago una vez al día, y a la semana y media ya habían resultados en mi (cabe aclarar que soy una persona delgada, no soy gorda pero no soy flaca, mi espalda es pequeña y un poco delgada) supongo que el cuerpo tiene mucho que ver, pero intenta, esta super padre ademas quita dolor de espalda y se siente mucho mas ligero el cuerpo
@@vanessavillegas4802 toda mi vida fui delgada pero después de mi embarazo subí muchísimo de peso y era muy difícil para mi bajar porque no era constante siempre dejaba todo a medias, cuando comencé con estos ejercicios creí que pasaría lo mismo pero a las 2 semanas ya veía un cambio y al mes ya era muy notorio eso me animo mucho a nodejarlo, hice estos ejercicios por medio año hasta que decidí meterme al gym ya para marcar musculo.

To motivate me and others I will try to update how this routine has been helping me for about a week… Day 1 - done! though I can feel that I exercised, my back feels very relaxed! Day 2 - did it while watching other videos on RU-vid haha! It was super easy and relaxing. My back feels great!!! Day 3 - almost didn't do it because of all the things I did today but I am glad I took a few minutes before I went to sleep to do it. I have been exercising more in the last few days so my body is a little sore when I did this workout I felt it more than in the last two days but it was still good and relaxing! Day 4 - today i tried to improve my form on all the moves and focus more on what I was doing to hopefully get better results sooner! Feels good afterwards
This is a very effective workout for back exercise! I can feel the immediate effect after the 8 min workout! I shall do this regularly to maintain my back muscles! Thank you Yuuka Sagawa! 💜💓

Lo único que lamento es no me hayas aparecido desde marzo de 2020, quizá tendría una espalda como la tuya 😂. Espero lograrlo, llevo 3 meses apenas y notó cambios.
@@MRD621 Procuro hacer ejercicio diario. Lo hago según me sienta o el tiempo que tenga. Poco a poco fui incluyendo más videos de ella. Unas veces hago unos, otras veces otros, pero siempre incluyo por lo menos uno de rutina para espalda.
@@damglos181 Empece a hacer cardio sin saltos, vivo en departamento. Aguantaba toda la rutina, era de otro canal de RU-vid. Pero luego me sentía toda tiesa de las articulaciones, era horrible, ni siquiera era dolor muscular. Hasta que me apareció Yuuka y estoy feliz, me siento muy bien. No hago sus ejercicios de piso por cuestión de espacio. Tiene muchos videos para ejercicio de espalda, pero pocoa para piernas, abdomen y glúteos, estando de pie.

Мой вес 120кг и я на правильном питании, начала помимо правильного питания добавлять тренировки дома, но у каждого русского тренера, это не тренировки дома, а ад какой то, потому как при большом весе очень сложно делать упражнения на нижнюю часть тела, то есть большая часть нагрузки идет на колени. Но тут в рекомендациях попалась почему то ты и я делаю твою тренировку, думала сначала сделаю одну на руки, а после появилось и другое на бока и я сделала одну и вторую сразу! Хоть идет напряжение на мышцы рук и боков, и это чувствуется, но твои тренировки просто делаются налегке, так же потеешь немного , но нет сильной усталости! Решила просто начать делать руки и бока, чтобы не было складок при похудении, а уходили вместе с весом! Я очень рада, что наткнулась на твой канал! Started this routine today and kid you know when I say my backpain has started to decrease, ofc it's still there but the intensity has decreased. I am planning on continuing it to get rid of all the backpain and have good posture. Day 2 : MY pain is almost gone and the stretch ny back and sides are getting is making me fall in love with this routine more.
Been doing this for more or less 2 weeks and my back is a lot firmer than before. Noticed though that it's like the upper back fat went to my sides. So need to do more exercises to target the love handles. Thank you so much for this :)
Normalmente hago 2 de espalda o postura y 1 de brazos, vi el cambio en 15 días pues yo tenía joroba en el cuello, y de verdad que si se vio mejoría desde que comencé a hacerlos. Trato de hacerlos los 5 días de la semana, y los voy variando cada día
@@kanewilliam7527 My metabolism is really slow so 3 days is not enough to see the results. But it helps my stiff back, neck, and shoulder. Been sitting in a chair for 8-10 hours. 😅😂
I used to slouch a lot, but after doing this daily , in less than 1 week , my postura has greatly improve. I will continuously do this and balanse meal

@@nyashatakundwa6471 I did it for 15 days, bra bulges didn't vanished but reduced alot. I felt more flexible and stretchy after this. Goof experience overall!
Day 1: Did this 3 times, not feeling anything from back, but boy are my arms dying rn 🌸😂 Day 2: Did this 2 times, I was planning on doing this 4 times but I should've known better than to do hers before this one🌸😂 Day 3: I did it but I forgot to update. Day 4: Didn't do it🤡 (rest day) Day 5: I did it twice, it was pretty good! And I'm seeing a difference in my back too! 🌸😂 Day 6: I did it twice...didn't see any more changes! But it was pretty relaxing for me today! 🌸😂 Day 7: I did it once yesterday forgot to update 🐽 Day 8:Did it once, made my back feel relax...I loved it!
