No women have no testosterone except u eat more calories then u burn as a woman then you won’t bulk up . U Will build lean muscles and look toned but going big Lik guys because our hormones isn’t Lik theirs

All my life I've struggled to not commit suicide because of being depressed about my body type. I've just recently joined the gym and I don't have the motivation I need to achieve my desired body. For some reason the pain of working out seems more and happens faster than ever b4 in my life. Please pray fir me so I don't give up this time. It's so hard and depressing.

Great tips my body I’ve been told is mesomorph wide shoulder narrow bottom and I’m ok with that it’s the belly and back fat. Your share makes so much sense. Thank you

Thanks for sharing. I used to think you have to do more upper body fat-burning exercises. Quick question: How OFTEN do you recommend doing the exercises to build lower body muscles and build mass? I just started back working out and work out every other day for now.

So if I want to lose my fat from my core area and build muscle in my butt and legs I’d have to keep doing the cardio and just add weights for my lower body exercises?

I been going gym like 3+ years. I have very good upper body but chest seems to lack . I have small hips . My lower body doesn't seems to match my upper body as my upper body builds much faster. I did prolonged fast of 15 days( consuming water with pink salt only) doing strength exercise only for leg and I did lose fat overall,lose muscle upper body but keep lower body muscle almost the same
