For me it's better that I don't give my ex too much information about my life because I want him to keep wondering what's going on. So if he calls me I stay calm and also don't talk longer than 5 minutes but always be polite and charming

He said "Hey" yesterday. I don't wanna respond to that. That empty text! This Man is cocky, manipulating, deflector, defender, gaslighter, and has moved on. Pretending to want to see me then when opportunity hits he bails. He didnt call or text when I was in town until i posted pics on FB coincidentally. Maybe someone told him, idk. But then I got the text. So now what? I am tired of his Mind games. He wants nothing. He hasn't changed. He wants to be sure I don't go too far away from him. It's been a day. And I am just TIRED. What is we're in long distance relationship. We're in no contact for 2 weeks he broke up with me then he texted me last thursday to check if I'm ok and updated me that he's at home. And told him "you broke up to me right? And told me that I should forget you? Stop contacting me." And he said "Ok I'm sorry I will stop contacting." And never heard from him again...

Great video guys. Here's a question for you. I live in New York and my is from New Jersey. Every single person that shes friends with now are people that I introduced her to. I find out my entire social structure has been ripped in half. I'm having a really tough time navigating through this. I have found myself thinking and wishing that she would find her own group of friends instead of dividing up mine. By the way this was a 20 year long relationship. I almost feel like it would be easier to move and I probably would if it wasn't for my two daughters. This advice might work with others but in my situation it would only cause more issues. My ex doesn't answer my calls or texts right away which is totally unlike him so I know he's playing this little "game" too. He also knows me VERY well. He knows I have my phone plastered to my side at all times. I have always answered his calls and texts right away while together. If I start ignoring his calls and texts or delaying my relpies, he will know Im playing games with him too and he will probably stop responding all together.

Shawna Springall the next time that he texts you could let him know that you are trying to develop some new habits and that you thought you were too connected to your phone so you are learning to not check your phone as much or be on social media as much right now as you work on improving your life. Let him know that sometimes you might be delayed in getting back to him and that it’s not out of disrespect but that you may be distracted at the moment or just need time to process things. You could even be caring and add that if anything were urgent you’d always respond as soon as you could.

What if he wants to know about the reasons for staying away from him. When things are already clear to him still he acts like he hadn't done anything wrong to you. And after few days less than a month he started noticing my absence. I don't understand him because most of the time in our messy times he was the first one to ignore or ready to leave or stop talking to me for months and it was me whose took always initiatuves to talk to him. But after spending years almost 12 years I realized his carelessness about me. Now he is trying to fix things only when with some work I texted him.he started asking to me what's wrong with me why I am behaving awkwardly to him etc like things. I don't want to explain anything he behaves like he has done wrong to me. I don't know what to say to him now what to reply..?

So my ex broke up with me yesterday. First he blocked me everywhere but then undid it. He said he wants to be friends and no one knows what can happen in the future but I still shouldnt get high hopes that we should heal and imrpove ourselves. I never said yes or no to the friend part but just talkes about our breakup (not begging him back). Now he just asked me how my day has gone and idk what to say. I thought id try the no contact rule but this makes it harder I neither want to block him. Maybe he really just wants to be friends or he pities me and makes sure I am okay because I am weak?

Ive been in no contact for almost a month now and I'm honestly working on myself and I'm honestly regaining my happiness. I've been posting alot in which my ex and his little sister has seen every post. He posted a few things subliminally towards me but i didn't take the bait I posted something positive and a picture of me smiling and having fun. Then all of a sudden my ex and his little sister deleted me from whatsapp. Is this a bad sign? It honestly bothered me and I felt all those negative emotions again but i have to stay strong and continue working on myself. Did he do this to get my attention in hopes I'll reach out? I am currently going through some trouble. My girlfriend and I kept having fights and I have been depending on her too much. She asked for a two month break, I have been following the 30 day rule. She called me 5 days ago telling me it's an emergency since we agreed to only talking when it's an emergency situation. She called asking for help, her PC had some problems, but she was giving signs that she wanted attention. But just yesterday she posted on her status spending her day with her "God brother" she even included a heart emoji, and then another status of him kissing her cheek , her sister told me not to worry about it. I didn't like it at all, because the way they looked it's like there is a thing going on. So I was thinking of calling her and tell that I am going to be in her town this weekend to sit and talk about what is this we are doing and what we both want. I do not want to get my hopes up and then after the two months she has moved on and I end up devastated. I really need your help on this one to know if I am doing the right choice.

Hey all!! I did no contact and after 2 weeks she reached out saying “When so you go back to school” then I didnt respond that day and she then reached out the next morning saying “Because I would like to see you”. We made plans and we met up and it went AMAZING. I was making her laugh and smile like crazy and she was very receptive to everything. We would also bring up memories from when we dated and it was like we were dating again. The next time we met up she said she wanted to make sure we would hang out as friends. I reminded her that I am not interested in being friends, like I told her before she reached out to me. What do I do now??

P.S Before our second meet up she saw my friend in public twice and non stopped talking about me, without him bringing me up. She talked about how happy she was about seeing me and then when she started talking about our breakup she was acting sad based on how she carried herself - according to my friend.

He said he’s sorry for not treating me well because he was incapable of loving and he was broken. He told me I deserve better and he knows someone will treat me better than him. By the message he was crying also.... I feel really bad knowing he’s sad... Why he want to let me know all of this after months ago ?

Should you respond during NC? This is the second time breaking up with me after 3 years and he blocked me from everything for a week and called me yesterday, I feel like I shouldn’t respond whenever he decides to call. do I still wait 30 days or call back?

My ex is getting married this December. It was a mutual decision to call it off because her parents couldn't wait any longer for me to settle down in life as I just graduated this year. She has no choice but to accept the fact and move on and she's moving on. She eagerly wants me to do the same but I'm not able to. I miss her and the memories it's been 6months. We are still in contact. She wants me to look at her as just a friend. She doesn't respond to my calls texts sometimes when I talk about the past. Or when I ask for her time to talk once in a day and wen doesn't due to some reason I end up getting hurt. I feel if one wants to talk to a person, he/she will definitely take out time and talk. She purposely doesn't talk much like we used to earlier so that I can move on. But what I feel is when she ignores, I get more depressed. And even if she calls and talk once in a day may be for just a couple of mins I m very much Normal and I can move on easily. But even after begging she still does the same unintentionally. What do I do coach?

Raj Chavan don't give up. You never know, you all may end up back together, it happens. Only time will tell. Give her space to see if she really wants him or if she's rushing things, in the meantime do what you love. Marriage is a serious thing & if rushed it often doesn't last. So let her come to that realization

Hello ! - I broke up with my ex girl 3 days ago. Unfortunately we are still talking and I asked her to be friends after we broke up. She said shes fine with that but Im wondering what type of actions or type of texts I can send her to make her realize, I dont want to be friends. I need to make her feel in a way where shes either gotta be in a romantic relationship with me or losing me forever. I have a question my ex recently dumped me for the most stupidest reason. We haven't spoken in 2 days and she blocked on all social media. Our source of communication was mostly on whatsapp. I started becoming deeply hurt that she blocked me on whatsapp but I let it be I didn't text her a message to her number nothing like that. I went out with my cousins the night on the 2nd day of her blocking so I put up an picture of my cousin who's birthday we were celebrating. She immediately unblocked me when she saw that and texted me saying " I'm glad u have a gf nw". Why did she do that ?

Scandalous Ill be honesty with you bro.Shes still thinking about you heavy.She blocked you because she was hurt.Anytime she communicates with you voluntarily after that is her indirectly telling you she still cares.Play it cool and dont overanlyze it.At this piont its important that you play the mature role with every move.This will surprise her.You should write her a letter telling her what you feel(not as soft as it sounds) and mail it to her.In it you should express your fault pointing hers out wont do any good.Then step back and leave it at that it she will call you within the week. aquarius 2018 wait. if he truly wants to see how your doing or talk he’d call or text. radio silence or no contact always works. it keeps them curious. don’t let him think your always available. i know i’m a stranger but i’m going through the same thing except it’s a little different but when your unavailable it makes them wonder.
