😟 aiii the health issues you described before losing weight sound really painful! i am going through a similar experience where my legs and arms are hurting badly when i pat them sometimes, which i think is caused by excessive fluid retention and poor circulation. i am overweight now too and am working on getting back to my old weight which means i will need to lose around 25kg (ideally 30kg for aesthetic reasons) of fat weight. i am looking forward to exploring your channel to find myself inspiration that helps me keep going 🏋♂️✌❣

It is great to lose weight but please don't go underweight ladies. It might be considered desirable among young Asian women but what won't be so desirable are the health issues that frequently accompany being underweight - including difficulty with periods, bond density, anemia, vitamin deficiencies. Just be careful.

From what i know In order to gain weight without getting bigger, you need to eat more food but healthier and lots of protein foods as this help with gaining muscles. So, if you eat more but healthy 'proteiny' foods, you'll gain muscles but still stay thin and tone.
20kgs can not be lost in 3 months.. here are tips to follow to have a good amount of weightloss. 1- eat 3 meals a day ( make sure there is a 3-4hour time difference between each one and dont eat after 8pm!, those meals should be healthy and in small portion ) 2- workout 2-3 times a week ( cardio + toning, make sure to include stretching as well everyday ) also working out is good to avoid the skinny-fat look 3- avoid sugars, soda, junk food and focus on whole foods 4- walk 7-10k steps everyday 5- get 7-8hours of sleep every day that helps with metabolism 6- drink 2L of water everyday to lose water weight and help weight loss 7- always be patient, results will never come in a week or two or three. it will slowly come to you if you were patient 8- don’t think of a diet as boring, try to make it fun, give yourself reward after every 5kgs lost, like a spa day, or buy yourself something you love. 9- when you feel like giving up, think of all the hard work you went through to this day! you can do it! start today and by the end of this year you are going to be a whole new person!
