That was powerful. It's so easy to identify with our shortcomings, weaknesses, problems, but I felt really different about myself during this video. I feel like I have a broader and kinder understanding of myself, so thanks a lot Noah.

Hey Noah, what a beautiful video when you looked into my eyes I was scared of you seeing my fear and feeling like no one would want to be my friend or hang around when I’m scared which is something I’m working on letting go by telling this part that it is safe and that I love them even if others reject them for their fear. Secondly when you mentioned how our protective blocks are just there to help us and it comes from a place of love, it really hit me because i spend so much time trying to let them go that it feels good to acknowledge that they are acceptable and loving too especially when I’m struggling to release them.

Anxiety and stress

Thank you so much, I didn’t thought that this would open up a deep wound that I’ve been having, especially because of my eyes. When I was a kid ( and still ), I had trouble with looking at people their eyes while talking. My foster father would always tell me that people who cannot look at people their eyes, have something to hide or are untrustworthy. He always looked at me with nasty eyes, like I disgust him, those kind of eyes of disgust/ disappointment. When I looked into your eyes I saw specifically vulnerability. It was mind blowing when you elaborated on that. Anyways, I probably still cannot look people into their eyes because I’m afraid what would happen what my foster father did. He eventually had me abandoned and indeed, they loved me conditionally. I always had to be happy, otherwise I was a bad kid. He would mock me during dinner by taking pictures of me when I looked sad or compare me to his biological kids and hug and kiss them in front of me during dinner. I had to always go to my room if I wasn’t pleasant to be around ( grumpy quiet kid ). I feel a lot better and I’ll keep your words close to me. It has changed my perspective. Thank you so much again, this was rare.

The fear is the same. With love comes the dropping of the boundaries. With it comes an inability to protect myself...and also the feeling i MUST respond to everything from love from hereonout...which is another form of prison specially considering the ammount of people I resent in my life; like walking in a mine field. I have responded to things from love, and it only led to personal humiliations...and really, the same dynamic of me as a child in the world. But I don't feel bad about humans, really. Humans are where they are. What makes me angry is the so-called divine intelligence that PUT ME in this situation and seemingly takes away the means for me to protect myself as well (because the guilt I feel when being harsh comes from above). It probaby is waiting for me to die tied to my trauma and then judge me as not "having learned the lessons" so that it can find anotehr body to incarnate in and torment again. Always with no clarity as to why or where.

Hey Noah a very interesting question. I’m gonna be honest you would see pain in my eyes cause I don’t have a girlfriend to hook up with 😌 I push romantic love away don’t let it in but desperately crave it something I’m working on.
