tips as you asked : 1.the keepsakes are being held in the train skeleton room you can change between them for initial buffs, the more you use one the stronger it gets. they unlock with each first gift you give to npc's in game (that includes the gods before receiving their boons) 2. sometimes the weapons you have unlocked shine with a dark shade , if you use them you get more purple gems , try to gather a lot of them they give you a lot of mobility and powers to build/make your prince stronger. 3. there is no limits to power-ups /boons you can have but you can only have 1 on each type of attacks so if you didn't like a type of boon you can sell it so the option shows up again , but be mindful sometimes the boons get synergies. 4. this one is not a tip , just wanted to address that you said the game is long , eventually yes it is a long game each run but at first you are supposed to be loosing a lot at early stages so you get more powerful . but since you are so skilled in rogue likes that kept you going.

Jesus gettin to Elysium on the first run is crazy good! Well played Mr Hutts Sir Tips : Check out the mirror and start getting upgrades, you can unlock more as you progress using keys. Unlock Death Defiance on the mirror for extra lives during a run. Keep in mind on the mirror there are 2 different skills per line and can be swapped by pressing the arrows on the left side of the skill name Equip your Keepsakes in the starting weapon room, (Big box next to the sword) you gain keepsakes by giving Nectar to Characters. (God's will mostly give keepsakes that will increase rarity of their prospective boons and force the first boon you find to be one of theirs) Give Skelly (the dps dummy in the starting weapon room) a nectar. His keepsake will give you an extra life while equipped. Use your cast more often (understandable you didn't using bow but its really quite powerful) Chaos Gates are powerful but also come at a price of HP and a couple rooms of a debuff but the rewards are usually very powerful Possibly most importantly - If you ever get the choice of a Hammer of Daedalus always take it over everything else. These are your build changers and make your weapons have new effects. Game Changers. Any other tips would be silly to tell you as its basic roguelite stuff, play more, learn enemy and boss patterns, git gud etc. And prepare to die

Alright I have a hundred or so hours invested, here's some basic stuff to help you out as you go: -Keepsakes are held in a glass case in the room with your weapons and Skelly. Each can be leveled up the more rooms you clear with it, and most named and interactable NPCs can give you one to use. -Titan Blood is used to upgrade your weapons later on, and unlock new "Aspects" that can alter their gameplay and style. For example, you can get a bow that makes your Special attack target one target. -Your Cast ability is weak at first, but you can upgrade it at the mirror to have more ammo in reserve, and make it so the stones "stick" in targets and make them take more damage, until they fall out. -You should try to focus on getting as many keys and Darkness as possible, to upgrade your mirror. The mirror gives you some insane buffs, including things like up to 3 extra lives (Skelly's Keepsake item also gives you a respawn). It's one of the most important things to do in the game, so don't sleep on it! -Symbols on the doors, like you said, show the loot you get for clearing. One of the most important things you can get is a Daedalus Hammer, which gives you a modification to your weapon for the rest of the run. These can be huge in changing your gameplay and damage. There's even more to this game than I can put in one comment, but I'm glad you are playing more of it! Keep up the good work.

I'll leave some tips as well Damage : Keep in mind that it is additive from base damage of the weapon. Some upgrades can change the Base damage of the weapon... can be good, can smash your run to bits...Idk Secrets : Sadly, no breakable walls here, BUT there are some special combinations between the Gods that result in truly Special Boons. Progression : You did WERY well, but the story of the game can lag behind with such progress. Might make a few runs a bit shorter to catch up, up to you. Friends : they are important. Gift them atleast one nectar per character, because Keepsakes hold power. There are some characters that can be met only during a run. Find them, good times. Death : Die. Hypnos have a dialogue for every possible death in the game. End game : True Hades Experience lies behind the death of the Last Boss. Untill that...Yeah Hades is easy. Best girl : Dusa. Fight me. Best boy : Asterius. Fight him.

I really think that this game has enough entertainment value for a long and sucsesfull series.

All the bosses will eventually have different forms after going through them a few times, the furies will be switching between each other after you get closer to Megara, the Hydra will have their main head switch between the mini heads you fought. I suggest getting the prophecy bench, gives rewards as you do stuff

The normal enemies with the yellow armour are like elites: they also have other bonuses as well as the extra survivability from the armour. You can sometimes see a skull under the icon of the next chamber reward (like you did with the keys at minute 6), which means the room will be harder (contain elites or a miniboss) but the payout will be greater (more resources than usual or the god upgrades will be higher rarity than usual). I'm glad you decided to make this game into a series, you'll love it!

i LOVE hades, been playing it for like 1 year and a half while it was in Early Access, and i would just love to see you make your way through the depths of hell. Just keep in mind by the way that interacting with the various characters is super important, and you should always speak woth everyone you can after a run, it will not only progress the story but also will unlock upgrades for you to add to your collection. (btw i loved that you voiced all the characters, you did such a good job that i didnt even realize until halfway in the vid)

I would love to see more Hades, Hutts. Here are some tips: 1. Always go for the Daedelus Hammer reward, it apears few times in every run and gives the best upgrades in the game 2. Try to unlock all the weapons as your top priority 3. After that you should unlock the legendary aspects of each weapon witch require you to spend 5 Titan blood with the weapon you want 4. Git Gud and have fun

Nice job with that hydra battle!! You seemed to figure out most of the stuff. NPC’a and story is a heavy aspect of the game :) in the courtyard where you choose weapons, there’s a case to choose a keepsake (gifts from friends) which gives you a passive throughout your run .

The diamond is used in later renovations that you really will want to get. The titans blood upgrades your weapons. The keys can be spent to unlock more options for upgrades in the mirror or unlock more weapons to use. The yellow bottles can be given to NPCs(the gods giving you books count for this) to make them like you more (the first time you give someone a bottle they give you a keepsake)and eventually you'll need another item to continue with a character's story/quest line but you should know what that item is as soon as you see it. There are NPC s you can just encounter in the game and they'll give you stuff to help you on your journey. The summon thing is only for a few NPCs when you've advanced they're story enough. Keepsakes are really good to have as they give you bonuses like more damage on distant enemies, more duration on items bought at Charon's well or +2% damage if you don't take damage in an encounter, they also level up if you use them enough. Oh, also you shouldn't make the same mistake I did when I first played the game: USE. YOUR. CAST. It can make you do up to +50% damage to enemies, so what if you have to go pick it back up? Just get the upgrade that instead of giving you more casts just makes them recharge like I did.

Please dad, make more videos from Hades. I love that game and seeing you play it is like a dream come true. :D

There were a few triggers for me here and there due to bad boon choices, but that's because Hutts is new to the game. Overall, you're doing pretty well at interpreting the game language. Hope we can see more of this.

For the most part prioritize boons that increase your damage in some way, in the beginning passives like athena's are very useful for survivability, but Poseidon increases your damage a lot. Critical focused builds are very hard to pull off and Zeus's builds work best with higher attack rate, but you should learn all this by experience

Please play more of this, also Some tips After grabbing certain boons from gods you might notice they synergize well, well the game knows that too and rarely it will drop a double boon, which buff things from two separate gods for the price of one boon As soon as you can farm the gems for the fated list of minor prophecies, its basically a checklist that will give you loads of free stuff for just playing. Cthonic keys are your best friend so collect as many as possible The mirror with upgrades comes with variations of skills that suit different play styles, find the ones that work best for you. Use your cast (The red gem) more often, it is very good in terms of DPS and it gets stuck in enemies, dealing damage when you "dislodge" it
