I remember when I thought I wanted to be a mommy vlogger. I’d just had my first kid and I was naive but I’m so glad I didn’t do it. I watched people like Jesssfam for years! I was also one of those people who watched her kids grow up on RU-vid and now I feel really creepy for saying that. Strangers shouldn’t know ANY details about your kids let alone EVERY detail about them. Your videos opened my eyes and now I see how toxic it is. I used to love Jesssfam now I can’t bring myself to watch anymore of her videos.

Sons are next. She somehow manages to take news that is so personal to them and make it so it shows what a cool, young and understanding mom she is. She is such a narcissistic, fake piece of crap.

I think that Lilia being so "loud and proud" and whatever else Jess said is Lilia calling for attention. She knows that Jess will jump on it so that's why she's doing it. Lilia is gonna get more time with her mom while filming these segments but Lilia doesn't care, she wants mom's attention. My heart breaks for her.

I think it's so sad Jess is sharing this about her daughter. I am bisexual and knew very young so I definitely support the LGBT community and support young people discovering themselves. That being said there is soooo much stigma against young queer people. The scarest thing is so many young people who express their sexually get targeted for hate crimes. Many queer kids are targeted for sexual assault.... as there's the theory of "I'll make you straight". Putting this information out about her daughter is actively putting her not even TEENAGE daughter at a higher risk of expressing horrific targeted crimes.

When she asked what friend group she was in, she said gay. That's saying it all. She's found a way to make friends at school. This is heartbreaking. Share it more so her gay friends believe she's gay. Oh girl, she's so lost!

That entire interaction with Lilia was creepy as hell. Jess just laughing along like a teenager with her. It literally was like watching a video of 2 twelve year olds. No shade to Lilias sexuality- but the almost passive aggressive way Jess is going about it is weird. Also-how are all her fans ok with discussing a 12 year olds sexuality. Key word: sexuality! This is so sad. My father is gay. As an adult it was so tough for him to navigate. I cannot even imagine putting my child in this position. This little girl may very well be gay, and that is fine. Of course she is accepted by her family members. I too would respect my childs choice. This little girl needs a mama who will be her hero when she really needs one. And she will need that. Jess is very immature, and thinks this is all just so cute. This little girl is going to have a lot of emotional issues because of how her mama is setting her up. There is no turning back now for this girl. Jess is making money off her daughter, and has no remorse. Also I would like to know how her dad feels about all this. I mean how Jess is putting his daughter in a really bad position.

I just want to say my son wanted to be female for 4 years we were shocked but gave 💯 support now he’s 23 and no longer wants that, these kids are way to young to know what they want. But that’s my opinion my son told me at 19 and by 23 changed his mind

Lilia and Jess are acting as if being in the LGBTQ+ community is a personality trait. She wants anything that has to do with pride or being gay, not to show her support for “her community” but because she knows it’ll gain attention and thinks that it’s the *in thing* like a lot of her generation. It’s so gross and all brought on by Jess and her influence. 😣 Btw, this comment does not have ANYTHING to do with her being in the LGBTQ+, it’s just that this is more of a trend than anything and her mom is making it available for the public!

If you can't legally consent to sex with an adult, you can't consent to talking about your sexuality online or having others talk about it. Why do people think it's different? 🧐 I remember getting bullied so bad just for having rumors about me and my best friend being gay for each other at Lilia's age. It was true (that we dated anyways. I'm bisexual, not gay) but they never knew because I kept everything to myself and so did she.

The problem is I think Lilia just sees this as an opportunity to get her mums full attention while she’s making the video. This video actually makes me so angry! I have an 18 year old son with ADHD and came out to us two years ago. He has certain people in his life he doesn’t want to know or have that discussion with and I absolutely respect those boundaries and would never talk about it unless he approved. That’s not my business even as is mum. My only job is too make HIM feel loved & accepted exactly who he was born to be. Same with my 4 year old daughter diagnosed recently with autism. Not a single mention of that I any of my kid posts on my personal media pages. Because it is part of her not who she is! Kids have the right from the second they are born to their privacy. Completely agree: kids need to be kids, and that happens OFF the Internet! However, it is not sexualizing children for them to come out before puberty and for adults to acknowledge and respect that. Of course, only Lilia knows for herself what she's feeling; only time will tell (or not, if she gets off the Internet when she's older). But I can speak for myself: I knew I was asexual at 12. Didn't come out until I was older, but I knew. My friends gushed about boys/girls they had crushes on, and I was just confused by the idea. I was grossed out by the idea of kissing, I never fantasized about marriage, and I had no interest in dating. If someone asked me who I was currently crushing on, I would just pick someone I knew was a common crush for others to have. I didn't realize that I was also aromantic, because I couldn't even conceptualize it. You don't know what you don't know, and aromanticism isn't well known. When I realized I didn't want romantic love anymore than I wanted the physical side of a relationship, I thought I was broken. So thank goodness for a world in which I can learn about these things and meet other people like me and not feel alone or wrong or broken. But yes, you can know young. It's possible. It's also okay to change your label as you get older and you come to know yourself better. That doesn't make you wrong. For anyone reading this, do NOT ever try to predict someone's sexuality, or shame them for re-coming out, if that does indeed happen. As someone who has spent their whole life dodging assumptions that I am gay, I can testify to how hurtful it is. I would also like to add that it is okay to joke about it, if the child is okay with it. We can't know that, being in a vlogger family and all, but if Lilia doesn't want to be overly serious about it, of course it is fine. I wish I could have been less serious when I came out. But no, I was too busy defending that I am not broken or mentally ill. And IF Lilia wanting to talk about being gay is genuine, it could be because she is a budding activist. I know that well, too, as I was one. I was so opinionated as a kid and constantly wanted to talk about real world issues I felt were important. And yes, the community does still need activists, because we are still put down, discriminated against, and are even victims of hate crimes. So maybe, just maybe, Lilia has an inner desire to normalize being gay.

I agree Josh. I refuse to get my daughters who are 11 & 7 cellphones. Most the kids their ages already have cellphones and that's insane to me! My parents made me get a job and pay for my own cellphone, so that's what I did when I turned 15. Looking back, I wish I didn't even have one at that age because I had a very toxic "friend" and I wasn't able to escape from her once I had my own phone. I guess my main reason for not getting my girls cellphones is to try and protect their space if that makes sense. Like when they come home from school, I want them to be able to unwind from the drama that happened at school or if they were being treated like shit that day by friends then I want them to be able to escape from that once they get home and they wouldn't be able to do that if they had cellphones.

There’s got to be a reason she’s suddenly moving and not saying anything about it. This was supposed to be a home for quite some time and it has the space for her parents and all the upgrades they’ve done in just the 2 years they’ve been there. I don’t know there’s a really good reason and I am very curious as to why.

As a mum to two of my four kids not being straight, this is just disgusting and appalling! They seem to be just making this situation a joke! As parents we took our kids coming out very seriously and we’re there for them knowing that some people would judge. My little sister has a condition that makes it to where she is very anemic and she also cannot take iron supplements because of her condition. She has never complained about it like Jessica complains. Some days you can tell when her iron levels are low but she just keeps on keeping on!

I keep coming back to this when I have time to watch in between caring for my family, but I have never been able to have a job of my own or drive, like Jess. Unlike her, however, I didn't choose that. I've got Epilepsy and have never been able to. I actually tried to get my first job at 26 years old in 2022, and I ended up in the ER on life support due to multiple seizures that caused me to stop breathing. All due to stress and lack of sleep from my daily activities otherwise. I have ALWAYS wanted to provide for my family financially and drive to do things with/for them. But I can't and it sucks

Roselynn was placed on paid administrative leave from her job for content that is on social media, and she said she was asked to take it down. She said it was on someone else’s platform and she can’t ask them to remove the videos. So obviously it’s one of the justjesss videos where they were drinking and talking about s3x. So she now works for her brother. So she lost her job because of Jess.

My son is 13 and every one he knows has a phone but nope, not time for him yet. Maybe in a few years, not at 13. Also, no idea at this age if he's straight or not. He's still just riding his bike, playing video games and screwing around with friends. I’m going to probably say something that others in the community wouldn’t agree with. I’m 28 years old and recently realized I was a lesbian. After being married for 10 years and I had 3 children with my husband. After years of questioning myself and really trying to break down and traumas and issues from my childhood I realized I was under the influence of comphet. Look into it, it’s pretty interesting. Anyway, if someone like me can be under the influence of comphet I can totally see how the opposite could happen. Where children could be getting influenced into becoming part of the community. Just as I was influenced into thinking I was straight for all these years (even as an adult). I can’t imagine how confusing it can be for a child because as a grown adult I was confused for the longest time. Obviously, it’s not the case for every child who comes out. But we can’t say it never happens. That’s ignorance.
