Add marinara sauce and let cook approx. 10 min In a medium sized bowl add your ricotta cheese, parsley, eggs and 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, mix well In a glass baking dish spread about 1 tablespoon olive oil on bottom. Add approximately 3/4 cup marinara mixture to bottom then layer cabbage leaves, spread ricotta mixture on top of leaves, add a layer of marinara mixture, add slices of mozzarella and repeat making meat mixture and mozzarella being the last layer, top with mozzarella and the remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. This is a delicious low carb lasagna. Please like, share and comment. Thank yall for watching! :)
might not be keto but slow cooker lasagna with zucchini squash instead of lettuce is delicious . I just recommend you cooking it in the cast iron pan before layering it in the crockpot so you don't have so much water and cut it thin.
When we make cabbage rolls we cut the heart out of the head of cabbage and put the whole head in boiling water. As it cooks you can easily pull the cabbage leaves off and put them aside until ready to use them.
I've been making that for years, I'm diabetic and over 15 years ago doc told me to cut all carbs....I went diabetic cooking class and this was one of the dishes we made. I love it. I love cabbage. I also make stuffed cabbage, but use riced cauliflower instead of real rice. So yummy.
Oh my gosh, this looks so good. I will add this to my shopping list this week. I'm getting ready to start back on Keto as I always have so much success eating that way, and feel so much better. I would love to see more of your keto recipes, Melissa!
Thanks for the great recipe Melissa! I noticed all your houseplants, maybe you could do a video on them, what different plants you have, how to propagate them etc!
Thanks for sharing. Have been on a low-carb diet since Just after Christmas. Have lost around 10 pounds. We'll have to give this a try. Your new channels doing great. Keep up the good work.
What a great idea to use cabbage leafs as the noodles. I've tried Lasagna with zuchinni and eggplant, and it was okay, but just okay. Something tells me the cabbage leafs are going to be the winner! Would love to see more Keto recipes. I've been watching Joe for years, and now enjoying the new channel very much. Take care and God bless 😉
Melissa, another great video. I will be trying this in the near future. Lucky man Joe. You both take care. Love your new addition to the family he will have a great home.

I made it and it IS really good. Thanks, Melissa. I also make a lasagna with mandolin sliced zucchini when i am swimming in squash over the summer. (I salt then sweat n wipe the squash to keep it from making things too watery) Your bread is good too. Yay keto!
Looks so good. I do not like cabbage but I thing I will have to try this one. I am so happy about the new member to the family..Love and Hugs from Oklahoma
When I need whole cooked cabbage leaves, I put slits deep in all around the core and microwave on a plate for 8 minutes. They leaves come right off whole and moist. Depending on the size of the cabbage, you may have to repeat until all leaves are cooked. I am definitely going to try this. Love your channel.
Awesome 👍 very interesting with the cabbage!! And I love cabbage. Only thing I'd have to leave out is the peppers. No matter what I can't eat them☹️ and I love them too. Will be trying this for sure!! Thanks Melissa can't wait for the bread recipe!!💙
Awesome, Melissa looks really good and I'm been losing weight and looking for different food to fix and this is going to be on the menu this next week. Thanks for sharing. David.
You had me at the meat-sauce/cabbage/cheese, okay, okay, you had me with all the ingredients and finishing it in the oven just brings it all together. Fantastic, this I will make. Oh name suggestion for the newest family member: "Archie", lol just a thought, thanks for sharing.
I am making the keto lasagna and garlic bread tonite. I’m gonna cut the recipe in half. Wish me luck. Lol The keto potato salad was a big hit. Even my co worker made some for his holiday weekend! Can’t wait for more cooking vids! Thank u for sharing. Excited to try these recipes ! Oh yeah. I made ur keto potato salad 3 times and that Tony’s seasoning gets me sneezing every single time ! 🤣
Great job Melissa. That really looks great. I had my wife watch it so she can add it to the menu. I like the idea of using cabbage instead of lasagna noodles. Definitely will be eating it soon. Thanks again for a great video. Keep em coming.
Congrats on the new family member, I have made this before and it is Good and i have made Keto Lasagna with the Zero Carb Ham Slices as the Noodle both are Good
Looks delicious Melissa, I love your keto recipes as I have eased into doing keto. Dr Ken Berry and Dr Boz have keto Sundays and Mondays on you tube around 7 pm. I make the taco one alot but it so hard to stay away from having baked potatoes as I love them and was brought up a meat and potatoes and cheese fan. If you and Joe like grilled cheese sandwiches let me know I have a awesome recipe for you. Keep doing the keto recipes love them. And tell Joe I hate when he does breakfast as it makes me hungry and I can eat breakfast anytime as when I was in scouts we ate breakfast all the time on the grill or open fire. My first camp out it got down to 0 and it snowed but we had 3 man army tents and 2 bales of straw inside on the ground and it wasn't that cold but that was like 47 years ago lol. We love to see chunky up North at the tent.
We do like grilled cheese and yes, baked potato, bread, candy....all are my weakness. I still haven't been able to dedicate myself 100% to keto like I did last time. I'm going to start doing more keto sweets, I need that to get myself through these sweet cravings! You will absolutely see Chunky and Joanie up at the tent, hopefully everything thaws out soon and we can get up there. Thanks for watching!
Melissa take 2 pieces of bread and spread lightly on 1 side of each mayonnaise or butter and on the other 2 sides spread thousand island dressing and I used Jarlsberg swiss cheese as my mom managed a cheese and bagel store for years and she started us out on this when we were kids and we would go through a Wheel of Jarlsberg swiss cheese a month cuz it was are go to after school til mom got home. Dr Ken Berry and Dr Boz I follow on fb and you tube channels. Dr Boz will respond on RU-vid and they both have support groups. Dr. Boz has stuff on Amazon especially a book she wrote about her mom beating cancer using keto diet.
Rescued is our favorite breed. Going to try the recipe. David was thinking it was not going to look good, but in the end; said we are going to have to make it. Many Blessings.
