My gf of 3 years left me because my bipolar disorder came to a head. I was so lonely for so long. I fought through the pain and the loneliness and eventually found someone who loves me for me. You’ll get through it and you’ll be stronger for it.
I’ve dated people before and I can honestly say I’ve never felt like I’ve loved any of them I haven’t found that one person yet but I know that’s my fault for not being confident or manly enough to talk to a girl, it’s really hard for me to actually talk to girls because I don’t really know what to say and I overthink what I’m about to say, being lonely is so shitty and the most depressing feeling ever
Loneliness really hurts, even when you think you are used to it because you've been alone for so long. But as you said you already made a lot of progress, when you get better, you can try again with the person you love
Honey I’m so sorry 😭, I’ve been through a similar situation and the pain is indescribable. It’s a pain the compares to no other. I will forever love that person in the most spiritual way. I’ll never get to know where he will be buried and I’ll never get to bring him flowers, it’s the least I could do for someone like him. Feeling so spiritually attached to someone and having to let them go is such a hopeless and dark feeling. From the bottom of my heart, I’m so sorry, you don’t deserve to experience pain like this, especially someone as kind and smart as you wether you realize it or not. ❤
I completely understand being lonely. Only have ever been in one relationship because he cheated on me. He told me that he settled for me until he found someone he was more attracted to. It sucks but I’d rather be single than with someone like him again. People don’t deserve you at your best times if they’re not there during your worst. Keep your head up, I promise there is someone out there for everyone, us included ❤
I'm going through the same thing. I don't know if this is healthy, but I feel less alone knowing that I'm not the only one experiencing this; watching a lot of videos on loneliness somehow alleviates it. I also can relate on codependence, I realized I have Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, and I live off of my friends' validation-these are friendships which I've now lost, and they're voices still live in my head, voices of them that tells me harsh truths. I wish these voices to shut up, but it's a never-ending ADHD thing. It sucks.

Love yourself. Embrace that you are who you are. You are a lovely young woman who will possibly find the right young guy. It is better to have rough times in your life, because that is when you find out who you are and who the persons you thought you had round you aren't for you. True people will stick around. I was the same as you all of my life until I found out that I had high functioning autism; I never knew.
I experienced something similar. She decided to end the relationship to begin psychological therapy. But I don't regret a single day I spent with her. We were happy together. That's all that matters.
I appreciate hearing this. I know the lonely feeling. My girlfriend and best friend cut me out of her life out of no where. I thought she truly loved me. I know the feeling.
I think you’re beautiful, what you’re experiencing is something from your inner world, take time to reflect and importantly to FEEL. Feeling is Healing its important to let this energies that reside within your being out by just feeling it. Your honest, authentic and pure no matter what you’re going through right now, perhaps you’re going through a Dark Night of the Soul, if so it’s essential to feel. It means that your Heart chakra open up and all the stored pain from the lower 3 chakras is coming up. Just feel it. I also recommend that you journal and write things down but preferably hand writing as you transfer this particular energy essence via writing onto paper. Especially if it’s fresh it’s important to write down. Another thing you could do is releasing bottled up energy by screaming and yelling but if than in gibberish cuz it’s important to release the energy. Much Love

I just lost two close friends too. I hadn't noticed until now, but they've been slow ghosting me for months, both to concentrate on their romantic loves. You are so down to earth and honest about your journey. Such a shame things did not work out for the both of you. Is there no way you two could work things out. Or you maybe tell him how you really feel (unless he has moved on). Most women (probably men too) are so fake and want to go out with millionaires. Hope every thing works out for you. You deserve all your wishes to come true. Just keep at it step by step. I've been there with severe depression and anxiety so I know it's not easy you have your good days then along comes a bad day to ruin it all.

When i was in my late 30's i had been in so many abusive relationships that i vowed to never date again for the rest of my life, little did i know fate had a different outcome than the one i planned, see im a very very weird person, im in my late forties now and i never have fit in with society especially in nyc first off no can lable me because im puzzle piece that cant fit into any category, im a republican, a hippie, a vegan, a patriot, an animal rights activist, an artist, a witch, and don't believe in marriage or having children, who would take on the responsibility of dating someone like me? I fell in love with someone in 2023 and yet she was verbally abusive. I didnt talk to her for 5 weeks to cool off and she had already found another bf. I meant nothing to her. I knew she was a raging alcoholic but didnt know until about the end of 2023 that she was a narcissistic person too. Talk about being lonely.

If your a good person and use that throughout life, that's all you need to be happy. You only need to be you. It is hard today to find other good people, very true. But you don't want to be around those who aren't good people or genuine either. I'm like that. I can get along with others, but if they aren't good people, I would not hang with them or have them in my life and risk bad influences. You be the leader of your own pac.

It didn’t work as much as I wanted it to she deserved someone who could give her the things she wants and needs. As much as I want to wish it got better I know it doesn’t and I also know I deserve to be alone. “Let the punishment fit the crime” they say. After all the suffering and pain I caused this is my punishment i just wish I’d happen sooner so couldn’t have hurt her
It is a shame you think that way about yourself it's sad and painful to watch. It really is. Having bdd means your going to be ultra sensitive to things people say and do.. dont listen to anyone. I really beg you to believe your beautiful. I think you can snap out of this. You'll feel better once your not extreme co dependent. It's not fair you were given a lovely face and the mental health you have.. it's like some sick joke.. I don't get it but you should realize how short life is and you only get one.. looking back wouldn't you wish you chose to be happy even if you had been what some may consider or yourself may consider not one of the best of the best when it comes to looks.. wouldn't you rather thrive in personality and growing and being unique and original.. wouldnt you? There's nothing wrong with some people who add things on to make themselves appear more attractive like make up and many other things.. And guess what I wouldn't even call that a problem because plenty of people who are not the best of the best are still very unique and attractive in there own way and guess what you don't even have that problem...
Id like to even see you get alittle bit of a big head lol not a big head not big but you really should be enjoying life like you would and a girl your age would might do many ways.. all i say is if you do ever become better or when you do.. look for a real guy not some idiot who was born with good looks.. I say you should take a close look at a person/people.. really see who they are and if they seem to believe they know they are and want to be...although somebody still figuring themselves out can always still be worth dating ofcourse it just depends on there character and how they treat you.
