These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

I’m so glad I found your page. I am post-menopausal and came to a standstill losing anymore weight. This 15 min workout is perfect to do in my office at the beginning of my lunch hour. You are awesome! I love all of your workouts! I love that you are an excellent example of what your workouts will do for us! You are inspirational! I also love that you do not talk during your workouts and you have great background music and the workouts are not too long or too short and that I can choose from many types of workouts and length of workout! I have been following you now for quite a while, maybe 2 months and I see results in my arms and belly fat already. I'm 68, soon to be 69, and it seems more difficult to keep in shape the older I become but with your workouts, I am having fun! I enjoy the variety of exercises for sure! Thank you Petra!

Thanks for your videos Petra, I love them for several reasons, the exercises are easy to follow, the timer helps. I hate the music and very often your moves are offbeat (probably the synching, do you add the music in afterwards), so I always turn the volume off and play my own music. I’m definitely feeling the difference after a month of doing at least one each day. Hopefully I’ll start to see results soon.

I only started exercising (again, 5 yrs after car accidents) maybe 1.5 - 2 months ago. I actually gained 3 lbs right off and haven't lost 1 since (I only exercise 3 days a week.) I don't see any toning, BUT some is taking place as my skirts fit better. 😂 Yay!

Gaining toned muscle which weighs more than fat , you will lose inches and the fat will follow 😊

I'm 36, 5'9, and currently over 200 lbs. I gave birth to my one and only child 4 years ago, and when I had him, I was 160 lbs. I recently found your RU-vid, but I feel really depressed and unmotivated. 😢. I'm scared about my fat flopping, and I make excuses if someone is around to see me exercise. Do you have any suggestions?

if it makes you feel more motivated go get form fitting leggings and work out tanks that hold it all together. Thats what I do. Everyone is just happy to see me have goals and work hard. No one cares how bad I look doing it! I already feel stronger and more energetic! It is so worth it.

Get form fitting leggings and tank tops. Put a loose lightweight t-shirt over top and just go for it. Believe me, everyone has insecurities. I sure do! And I have had same problem as you re worrying about others seeing me. Decided what they think is their thing, not mine. Keep at it! It's worth it cos you just feel better, your body will work better and your health will be better. What is not to like!
