I find it a little difficult to get the movement of spine open/close, i guess this is due to stiffness and lack of exercise This really helped relieving, opening up and the flow of Qi Thank you 🙏

Very much fascinating. But I find it more effective when I practise with my eyes closed. What about it? Any comment on it

Oh please, I am a recovering catholic and that was all medieval nonsense to keep people enslaved in the Roman Catholic church. Most of those popes were possessed themselves. Use your inner awareness and higher mind on this one. Of course not.

Sorry to hear that. Try just the gentle shaking and/ or dragon back. They both help me when my back is out. Just practice a little as long as it helps and doesn't cause more pain. Be gentle. Wishing you a fast recovery 🙏
