When it comes to natural remedies for depression and anxiety, I’ve heard other practitioner’s say that you shouldn’t use supplements, that you can get all the nutrients you need from your diet. But I believe that they are wrong!
A nutritional deficiency (vitamin deficiency, mineral deficiency) is very common. 30-60% of us have nutritional deficiencies such as zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin D and iron. These can impact our mental health.
Natural remedies for depression and natural medicine for anxiety should include testing for dietary deficiencies (diet deficiencies). zinc deficiencies symptoms include depression and anxiety. Magnesium and anxiety are linked in many cases.

Dear Dr Sinclair First I want to thank you for your huge compassion trying to help people. It's not an easy task, especially if the majority incl. myself is not prepared to wake up, change and trust in our own healing power and commit the same mistakes over and over again. When I take L-Tyrosine in the morning against feeling down, frustration, regret, without joy and 5-HTP in the evening to relax and improve sleep, then I know I have come off the path and I need a bit of a band-aid. Theanine is another one if I feel I need enhanced concentration. For myself the best way is Vipassana (mindfulness meditation) which doesn't necessarily mean sitting still for hours cross-legged in a corner, but be aware what's going on within and without the mind. Mindful is a bit of a silly word, the aim is to empty the mind. When I am occasionally in the heart and really aware then I know what to eat and how much, keep exercise and work in balance, breath deeply and notice when the old mind comes up with old habits, interest, identification and self-image. The truth is very simple, but the seeker is complicated. The principle of KISS brings BLISS. Go for change, let the Heart arrange.Thank you, I love you, I trust you!

Hey Dr, I’ve watched a lot of your videos. I’ve been dealing with anxiety for 6 months now that came out of no where in my 30s, I’ve been to tons of doctors and haven’t gotten on anything yet. The homeopathic doctor in town has helped a lot. But hasn’t figured it out completely. I have anxiety a few times a week. And the biggest issue is my eyes they constantly feel. Like they are crossing or have really bad eye strain, with some brain fog involved also. I’ve tried a long list of vitamins from the homeopathic. But testosterone booster and thyroid support have helped the most. My thyroid tested normal and my testosterone was 400 the first time 330 the second. Any other blood work I should look at getting done to check. I’m thinking about trying testosterone shots but My last resort is a ssri
