This class was filmed when I was 12 weeks pregnant with Eneko. It is a full body vinyasa flow, ideal for you mamas that already have a regular yoga practice and are still keen on moving your body fluidlly and with certain challenging postures that respect your body and baby, allowing all the necessary space to keep our little bumps happy.
This video was filmed almost 3 years ago, and it makes me so happy that I can accompany you on your pregnancy at a time when I was going through my first pregnancy myself. Feel your body, and only do what feels comfortable to you and your growing belly. Congratulations MAMA! xx
