Rad Power Bikes RadMission Review and Test 

Just got one on sale for $499 plus fenders and a rack on sale as well. It's incredible If you get one don't pay $250 to have it completely built. I'm not mechanically inclined yet I had no problem attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and my fenders/rear rack.

They just had this on sale for $499, and it's completely sold out. Hopefully Radmission V2.0 is in the pipeline,... 👍

This is a very cool bike, love the concept of a metro bike and I just love that color. What I don’t like is that super cheap looking tacked on battery and controller setup. There are other bikes with hidden batteries that look more refined in that price range give or take a few hundred dollars.

Whats the range when using only the throttle

Next step is to do a real durability test. How it is after 1 year / 1000 miles. Almost everything works perfectly and looks pretty & shiny when they are new... Edit: After ~1200 miles / 2000 km and 9 months and couple of crashes later my RadRhino (model 2019) is still running great. Chains should be changed soon, brake pads too. Otherwise no problems.

I'm seriously considering one of these as I like the simplicity of it and I'm just a casual but almost daily pleasure rider so the range would be more than enough for me. It appeals to me because I'm not as young as I once was and having a bit of trouble with hills now but don't want to give up riding. Does anyone know if I could swap out the handlebars for more of a non swept back style?...I would prefer something like the slight riser bars I have on my hybrid and hoping all the controls would fit on something like them

Hi, is it possible to pedal at a minimum pace ("pseudo pedalling") and still reach the maximum speed if you are on the max. assist level 4?

how would you rate this as a bike overall? do you wish it had gears or is it sufficent without it (flat ground riding)?

I'd like to know how hard it is to pedal if you ran out of battery? I have a sweet Rad Rover Plus, it's very heavy without battery. I'm interested in buying the Rad Mission so I can ride with my friends with regular single speed bikes and who clown e-bikes.

What about NO PEDAL range at 7-8 mph on level roads?
