Yoga For Runners is a great way to promote the balance of flexibility to the strength and stamina that running creates.
I've altered the common standing poses to help to ease people with tighter hips and hamstrings into the postures (asanas).

Great post run practice - I did a 20 min morning practice , ran them this one - so good! Your relaxed , informative teaching method, fun quips and a bit of self- deprecating humour , I believe makes your videos so much more appealing to people who might be intimidated by yoga. I was having problems with my flexibility. I felt tight all over. I couldn't bend my body like I used to. But your yoga videos have really changed the elasticity of my muscles. Thank you so very much! I have really enjoyed practicing every morning with you Tim! Have a great day!

Thank you Tim-- as always, another wonderful video and time well spent. I appreciate your blog and the explanation regarding the importance of stretching after a run, not prior; it was very informative. That said, as a multisport athlete (factoring in hours/choices), it is very cold and dark outside so stretching and following your yoga videos is a great way to squeeze a quality workout before day's run and time escapes! Being on my yoga mat creates an extra inner sense of peace all day long... where as if I waited to after my run, I would not make it to the mat. Thank you!
